"Das Hotel liegt abseits des Verkehrs direkt an der Spree. Mein Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Bett war bequem, was die Matratze angeht. Einzig das Kopfkissen war zumindest aus meiner Sicht und der meines mitreisenden Cousins im anderen Zimmer eine Katastrophe. Eine einzige Luftnummer. Also kaum Volumen. "Absolutely loved our stay here. Our double room turned out to be a huge apartment with plenty of space and even its own washer!
The staff here is so helpful and kind. They helped us figure our way around and even had tram tickets for sale so we didn't have to stress about it while we figured out the app and what we wanted to get for the rest of the trip.
The buffet breakfast is super and highly recommend getting it added on. We also ended up having dinner here three nights out of the five that we stayed because it worked out better for our plans and was also delicious. While the hotel is in area that may seem a bit out of the way, there is a tram stop right across the street, an Aldi's about a ten minute walk away to get whatever you want and several restaurants and cafes within a 20 minute walk.
Again, the helpfulness of the staff, the nice sized rooms and the food will definitely have us staying here if we are back versus any of the more "typical" chain hotels in the central area. "

"Great place. All the amenities you need for a week stay with family.
Not to far from tram line, would recommend car hire as it’s about 30-40mins from Berlin city, closest shops are about 30 mins walk away.
No air con, house is made of wood so does get hot in the day, got the pool to cool off tho so it was fine."
