Märkischer Golf Club Potsdam

Our toilet wouldn’t flush. We informed staff, but they did nothing. Then we lost lights in our room. Staff actually said to me “ I don’t know what to do”. Room was nice, but old. Staff was friendly, but ultimately unhelpful. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel was a great choice for our 4 night stay in Berlin. The room was spacious and our view was over a busy street which gave us a real feel for life in such a vibrant city. Our housekeeping was excellent - thankyou! We hired hotel bikes for 24hrs (at around 18euro) to do our exploring and found them reliable. All staff we encountered were very helpful and polite. The only reason i have given 4 ⭐️ is due to the air conditioning which was not equipped to handle the extreme heat. To counter balance this, we slept with our balcony door open.
