"The welcome process, room amenities, and opportunities are perfect. If you want to stay on your business trip near of Tuyap convention center then the location is very good. Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training."

"Room was larger than average, it actually was more like a suite with two rooms. It had a mini bar which is rare in 3 start hotels. Also location was very good away from touristic locations. Only downside is the TV had almost all channels in Turkish only"

Bir gün odamı temizlemeyi unutmuşlar.. akşam en azından telafi ettmelerini istememe rağmen çalışanlar sadece temiz yorgan ve çarşafı odaya getirip gittti. Kendim yaptım değişimi. Sanırım yeni. olduğu için aksamalar yaşadılar ama yinede telafi edilebilirdi. Banyoda duş aldıktan sonra bütün banyo su oluyordu. havlularla engel olmaya çalıştım sürekli."
