My only issue that made it unpleasant was the A/C. I changed rooms and then realized it’s their outdated system. It was too hot and uncomfortable in the rooms.

There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry.

Pictures did not reflect reality. Very poor food standard with minimum variety in an “all-inclusive hotel”. Staff unwilling to clean tables, or even bathroom after the usage of prior guests. Staff looking unhappy and unwilling to serve and hardly took away plates from tables even 30 minutes after meals. It’s nice to have an old building hotel but unfortunately no modern Air Conditioning system - poor quality. Management does not seem to do much about it, except the reception lady Fatima who tried her best to address all our concerns. The only positive things was the walking distance aspect from the shops behind the hotel. Our maximum stay was one night. I wouldn’t go back again!

We visited this hotel 4 years ago and it was perfect so we returned. Not the same story this time. Staff were all new and hardly any could speak English. We hoped to enjoy the all inclusive food and drinks as we did previously but these are now very poor. Cold food and salad ranges were very good but the hot choices were terrible. Very little choice, had no taste and was never hot. The drinks available were beer, wine, gin, vodka and brandy, though there was a shortage of vodka so this was temporarily unavailable. Staff had no knowledge of how to make cocktails with what they had available, and couldn’t understand what we asked for. We asked several times if we could speak to the manager to discuss getting local spirits, as stated in the hotel description, but she refused to leave her office to speak to us. We received a lot of help from Fatima, the lovely guest relations lady, but she could only do so much as the rude manager was unhelpful to her also. Suleyman the head barman also tried to help but again, was unable to provide the drinks we asked for due to management not cooperating. Other guests in the hotel had been asking for other things with no success. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a perfect location. All staff try to help when they can but the new manager leaves a lot to be desired

Einziges was ich bemängeln kann ist dass Essen, Frühstück war reichhaltig und normal aber das Mittagessen und Abends Essen war nicht genießbar, ist wohl auch vielen aufgefallen nicht nur bei uns. Lage sehr gut , Personal war Top. Für Sauberkeit 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Strand und das Meer war einfach fantastisch.

Deniz manzaralı odaları kesinlikle tavsiye edilir yataklar rahat , yemekler az çeşit ama aç kalmıyorsunuz snack bar az çeşit ama lezzetli burger ve en önemli eksik tarafı çekirdek kahve çeşit olmayışı , denizi çok keyifli özellikle sabah saatlerinde kesinlikle girmelisiniz ama şezlong konusunda minderli olanı bulmak bul karayı al parayı gibi :) doğa ve keyifli manzara bir çok açığı kapatsada otelde akşamları emekliler oteline gelmiş gibi hissedebilirsiniz oteldeki programları sebebiyle buda geliştirilmesi gerekli

Das Hotel ist sehr alt und herabgekommen. Sehr schmutzig und unhygienisch. Wir mussten am nächsten Tag abreisen, da meine Freundin aufgrund des verdorbenen Essens Magen Darm Probleme hatte auschecken. Außerdem ist die Bettwäsche Handtücher und alles andere so versifft, dass ich einen Hautausschlag am Oberkörper bekommen habe. Das Personal war total freundlich und hilfsbereit trotzdem konnte man uns unter diesen Umständen auch nicht helfen. Über Expedia würde ich keine Buchung empfehlen, da diese Fotos von einer Suite sind die man nicht buchen kann sagte das Hotel Personal
