We had a wonderful stay at this charming family-run boutique hotel in Dalyan. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when flight delays meant we arrived in the early hours of the morning. The hotel itself is unique and full of character. In my opinion, it's a hidden gem in Dalyan. One of the main reasons we chose it was its location just outside the town centre, as we were looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing. It delivered exactly that. The surroundings were quiet and tranquil, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a truly restful holiday. Each morning we were treated to a freshly prepared breakfast, which was always excellent and set us up perfectly for the day ahead. What really stood out was the genuine care and attention from the staff. Their friendly and helpful approach made us feel at home throughout our stay. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic, and welcoming place to stay in Dalyan. A true hidden gem.

Gorgeous hotel suite. In the past a lot of money has been spent on the fixtures and fittings but is now a little tired.staff and owners are very friendly. Very clean and lovely pool area.

This was a last minute booking and we are so pleased we picked this gorgeous hotel. Owners were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. It’s in a great location about 10 minutes walk to the centre and lovely cafes and restaurants en route. Really enjoyed our week and would love to come back.

The hotel is very individual and interesting. Bedrooms are not flashy but are clean and have all that you need, including a good fridge and a/c, and are very comfortable. The pool area and garden are very well-kept, nice and relaxing, and breakfasts are good with typical Turkish things. In terms of location the hotel is quiet and about 5 minutes walk from the beginning of bars and restaurants, with a nice coffee shop and small supermarket even closer.

Lovely Hotel in a quiet location.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. It was a short walk into town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel grounds are very relaxing and the pool was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied every day.

Gorgeous relaxing haven with fantastic service

The hotel is located around a 10 minute stroll from Central Dalyan (30 minute drive from Dalaman airport) - a lovely riverside town with great restaurants and activities. The rooms are simple yet clean and all that is needed. The pool area is stunning - wonderful sun loungers and chairs surround the lovely pool. What really makes this place is the service - wonderful helpful staff, incredible Turkish breakfast every morning with a surprise treat each day and a relaxed home away from home vibe. Can't wait to return

Beautiful Hotel

Quiet family run hotel. Rooms etc are exactly as seen online which was a bonus for me as this is not always the case. Very clean and authentic rooms with air con. nice shower room, clean towels, mini bar and balcony. Situated a short walk from town (5 mins) the hotel have bicycles free of charge if required. Overall, a really lovely place with plenty of shaded areas in the garden including giant beanbags a hammock and garden swing seats. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to others

The hotel is very pretty, with beautiful gardens and pool. The room was spacious with a lot of attention to detail. Mosquito gauze at windows and net over the bed. Balcony with pool and garden view. Asla resimlere aldanip gitmeyin degismis eskimis yatak okadar gidirdiyor ki demir yatak birde her dondugunde biri digeri uyaniyor. Kahvalti eh iste gunluk ucreti 2500 tl olsaydi 5.600 falan odedik kahvlti idare edebilirdi fakat kotuydu havuz pis vy oyle goruniyor girmeye cesaret edemedik. Umarim okursunuz gitmeden once Dikkate alirsiniz bizim gb deneyle tecrube etmemis olursunuz ben boyle bi yorum okusaydim gitmezdim zaten.

Çok memnun kaldık

Otel konumu merkeze yürüyerek 5 dakika, çok yakınında market mevcut. Harika bir bahçesi var, ancak Dalyan genelinde bulunan sivri sinek sorununa dikkat etmek gerekebilir bahçede. Sabah kahvaltısı gayet yeterli, havuz başında keyifle yapılıyor. Kaldığımız oda biraz küçüktü, eşya koymak için dolap yok ancak kısa bir tatil yaptığımız için çok eşyamız yoktu ve problem yaşamadık. Otel sahipleri oldukça konuksever ve güler yüzlüler.

Silent and comfortable journey

An amaizing place which restored from an old building. Contains many of old items and a piano. Our room was quiet and fresh. You could do a nice walking trip to rocky of Dalyan. It certainly is advisable, many thanks to owners for their hospitality.
