The property, food and views of turunc was wonderful. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Mehmet and hazel were excellent. The views from the mountains was well worth the travel. Would def come back

I’m not sure what the hype about this hotel is. It’s set up on the cliff far from the beach, the pool gave my 2.5 year old daughter foot and mouth disease and the staff (other than the fantastic cleaners) are still pretty green. Much cheaper and better places to stay in Turunc. I agree that the interior decoration is good.

Freundliches Personal Sehr saubere Anlage Die Zimmer mit Gartenblick (insbesondere in den unteren Etagen) sind sehr dunkel, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Frühstück war reichhaltig. Restaurant ist etwas teuer. Es gibt jederzeit einen kostenlosen Transfer zum Strand. Hat ganz gut geklappt (kaum Wartezeit).

This place is a hidden gem. No one knew about it. We just fell into this beautiful community of hotels by accident, and I have to tell you, it is the beachfront area they reserved for them. It's an 11-minute walk or a 1—or 2-minute shuttle that can take you there. It was amazing. They served food and drinks. The only thing that was lacking was music. I wish they had louder music at the beach. The water was amazing, and it was breathtaking.

Plaj tarafında ise çalışanlar (örneğin ömer bey , sabiha hanım - isim aklımda doğru kaldı ise) çok gayretli ve çalışkan , ancak organizasyon ve yönetim planlamasında gerçekten eksikler var , iyileştirilmesi gerekir , tesisin kalite çizgisi için gerekli bence..Kalite standardı müşteri olarak bizim de sorumluluğumuz olduğu için plajda ortak alanların hijyen sorunu (wc vb) ve servisin gecikmeleri konularında bizzat önerilerde bulundum , buradan da notu iletmeyi görev biliyorum, küçük dokunuşlar ile tesise yakışan kaliteye hızla gelinir bence..

Wonderful hotel.

Wonderful hotel, the suites are spacious and modern, all areas are well kept and clean. Lovely pool area. The food was excellent. The only drawback is that there are many steps around the accommodation if you struggle with walking it may not be suitable.

Je laisse cet avis pour les personnes qui souhaitent consulter avant la réservation. N’hesitez pas une seconde. L’hôtel est un bijou de part son emplacement mais également par sa cuisine très qualitative et son personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Le shuttle qui vous amène à la plage est rapide, la piscine est très propre, le bar est top, la cuisine incroyable, le spa est un plaisir (je recommande le massage balinais par Minna), le personnel est serviable et n’oublie pas les petits détails sur vous.. si vous pouvez, réservez un dîner dans leur autre hôtel également. Leur piscine est également sublime. Merci Pilos et à ses concepteurs. Les chambres sont d’une beauté bohémienne magnifique.

Otele check in saatinden önce vardık , odamızın hazırlanması uzun sürmedi bizi arayıp odamızın hazır olduğunu haber verdiler ancak uzun bir yoldan sonra odamıza girip elimizi yüzümüzü yıkamak istediğimizde lavabonun gideri bozuktu ve içinde su birikiyordu , resepsiyona bu durumu haber verip plaja geçtiğimizde henüz saat 14:30 olmasına rağmen dışarıdan da misafir kabul edildiği için plajda birbirine oldukça yakın yerleştirilmiş şezlonglarda zar zor boş ve gölge bir yer bulduk , otel plajı yandaki halk plajıyla bitişik ve denizden çıkan insanlar tabi ki rahatlıkla şezlonglarınızın arasında dolaşabiliyor , ilk kez denize girerken eşyalarımızın güvenliğinden şüphe ettik . Bu deniz tecrübemizden sonra odaya gidip ilk kez duşu kullanmamız gerektiğinde yerlerdeki saçları görmemiz de bizi şoka uğrattı , yerlerdeki saçlar ve sifon tuşunda parmak izleri olması odanın özensiz temizlendiğini gösteriyordu . Odaya ikram olarak bırakılan su şişesinin kapağı açılmış ve bir miktar içilmişti . Turunç bölgesi küçük ve mekan alternatifi fazla yok öğle ve akşam yemeğini otelde yemek durumunda kalıyorsunuz otel kendi müşterisinden %10 servis ücreti alıyor bu da oldukça saçma bir uygulama bizce.Havuz otelin müşteri kapasitesine göre oldukça küçük , ancak 5-6 odalı butik otellerde olabilecek bir havuz. Bu fiyata değecek bir yer kesinlikle değil . Başka alternatifleri değerlendirip paranızı korumak isteyebilirsiniz

Overall, we found the atmosphere to be very cozy, and we really appreciated the warm and helpful service provided by your staff. However, I did want to mention that we encountered a minor issue with ants in our room. While it was a small inconvenience, I wanted to bring it to your attention for future reference. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the hospitality. We look forward to visiting again and experiencing the same level of care.
