"We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and well located. There were some mice running about and we did find droppings in the bed, although the house was otherwise very clean and well appointed. We would have liked some coffee left in the cabinet at least for the first morning and the bedroom could use some hooks for clothes or coats. "We had a terrific stay at Patrice and Armelle's Gite. The hosts have large hearts and gave us a whole basket full of excellent local nuts. We were welcomed very warmly and kindly although we arrived late and Armelle helped us with all that we needed, including the rental and application of bedsheets. "The hotel is in an excellent location with a 5 minute walk to the historical centre of Sarlat. The hotel has recently been beautifully refurbished. Breakfast is of a very high standard and great value for money. There is public paid parking in front of the hotel and you can also book paid secure parking from the hotel.
