Living room has a comfy couch, large flat screen w/ cable tv & hdmi capabilities, pull out futon w/ memory foam to comfortably sleep 2 more guests. Kitchen has a stove, fridge, sink & dining table w/ chairs, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, microwave & coffee maker w/ filters. Bathroom equipped w/a shower, towels & toilet paper. Air conditioning in summer. Plowed parking & shoveling in winter. Laundry in basement. This apartment is a mile or so from Lake Superior beaches & Lower Harbor. Directly across the street from Blackrock's Brewery, Third St Bagel, Sweet Water Cafe & Downwind Sports. Wonderful Marquette weekend. Apartment was perfect location and met all our needs. Celebrating a birthday for a Northern student. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Spot

The apartment was larger than expected. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. Great kitchen space with all we needed. Enjoyed being within walking distance of so many wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely be back!

Awesome location- perfect amenities:)

Second time staying here. Both times with dogs. Quiet for the location. Close to great walking areas/green spaces. Walk to all Marquette has to offer. I am always amazed at the hospitality of Marquette!

Thanksgiving visit

This was the perfect place to prepare and celebrate our little 4-person Thanksgiving! Spacious, clean, quiet and in a terrific location. I appreciate that it was available on fairly short notice. Chris and Casey were quick to respond in communication. Will definitely check here for future visits!

More than stunning!

Best girls weekend location we have ever had. Would have loved to stay longer. We all slept so well with the very comfortable beds. We even checked brands so we could buy some for our own guest rooms. So much fun. Great amenities. Hosts very responsive. Loved every minute.

Great stay in MQT

This property is in a great location. Black Rocks Brewery is directly across the street. There are many restaurants nearby. Downtown with all the shops and restaurants is just a quick, easy walk, even in winter! Beds were comfortable. Small but efficient bathroom. Furnished well. Parking behind home for 1-2 cars off street. Would stay here again.

Marquette Visit

The property is very affordable and perhaps that should have been a red flag. The bathroom is tiny tiny and both of us chose not to shower in it. The heating/cooling thermostat was locked not allowing us to control temperature and therefore roasting in a hot apartment. The old bones of the house are lovely but the beds, furniture, kitchen, and overall unfinished exterior made for a less than an ideal stay. Perhaps with multiple improvements this could be a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately it has a long way to go. However, the location in Marquette plus the surrounding environs of Marquette were amazing and we loved our visit.
