This building is terribly old and is need of repairs. From the elevator, to the patio doors in the rooms that face the pool. The restaurant and bar is in the wrong place. Right next to the front desk? Facility is not handicap friendly starting with the entrance doors! When checking in, I was informed that I would not receive housekeeping services. If I wanted clean towels, I would have to bring them to the front desk. We were there for four nights. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially if your handicapped!

When we arrived our room was ready and the young lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. The first thing we noticed was that he toilet kept running after it was flushed. Then after we started walking on the carpet we realized it was sticky and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. When we tried to call the front desk the phone didn't work. We had wifi but it was very weak and slow. Finally when we went to use the shower in the morning there was no hot water. The front desk said maintenance was working on it. All in all our experience was very disappointing.

Really needs an upgrade! Staffwas great! Also we brought our dog & asked for a room near an exit door to take her out. Our room was right next to the exit & when you went out the door there was no grass to be found & it emphasized how run down the hotel is. If it was upgraded, we’d plan on staying more, great location, walking to downtown area is awesome.

This hotel needs a little work. Not horrible. Just a little run down. The room was pretty clean. No complaints there. Just the hall ways. Elevator reminds me of a shady apartment complex. Lots of rust. Paint wearing off etc. the oool and hot tub were okay. It’s a good location as you are right in The center of Marquette. Price was a little steep over $200. I’ve stayed at much nicer properties for less. That week was graduation weekend for the local university. NMU. So they could raise prices a bit. Nice restraint and bar on site. Very delicious food and drinks. Lots of unique choices. The whole staff was wonderful. I would stay here again if I need a place to rest my head.
