"Shower had no anti-skid material in the tub. I slipped and was thrown out of the shower, hitting the toilet and the door. Luckily I escaped with a couple of scrapes."

"I arrived at 2:30am. after flying in from Arizona. All surrounding restraunts were closed. I was starving! I decided to use the vending machines. Three machines, one was broken, it was the only one with bottled water. One wouldn't accept my card. I finally got a small bag of chips from the third one."

"No record of having booked two rooms. They just had us down for one. Took a couple of hours to get it straight. Rooms smelled, one was so bad we changed to another. Bathroom door would not clear the toilet so their solution was to carve out part of the door edge so the door would open. Light switch plate was canted about 30 degrees. Thread bare sheets, tiny pillows, and terribly uncomfortable bed. Halls so dark you couldn’t see the card key pad. Only upside was the breakfast."

We actually wish this hotel would've been the hotel we needed for 3 nights, not just a few hours for sleep as we were on the road traveling. The other hotels made us not even want to spend the money to sleep at, even for a few hours. "The hotel has degraded a lot since our last visit. The carpets are disgusting and the general cleanliness is abysmal. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Jackie spent our entire three day trip sitting in the office watching her phone. The front desk itself was dirty, no excuse for that level of filth when an employee is sitting watching her phone."

"Decent property for the price, staff was fine, near many food options, if you can't stand cheap hotel coffee like me there's an expensive drive thru coffee place a block away, the indoor pool looks okay"
