A Dream Come True Lake House - The prettiest sunset view on the lake!

  • This small piece of paradise sits in one of the most sought-after subdivisions on one of the most sought-after lakes in the state. The water is deep and calm. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are in the main house, with a large living area and dining area, laundry and kitchen and two bedrooms and two baths downstairs, two bedrooms, one bath upstairs. The downstairs is fully accessible with no steps between drive, downstairs, and back deck. Over the heated and cooled game room/garage there is a large sleeping area with a full bath. Property sleeps 15 comfortably. The kitchen has new quartz counter tops and all new stainless appliances. The property went through an extensive re-model and update in 2020. New floors, interior paint, quartz counter tops, lighting, fans, appliances, crown molding and more! Outside there is a boat dock with fish cleaning station. Enjoy the best sunsets on the lake from the dock and backyard!

Great waterfront property and nice location on the lake. Bird watchers will enjoy the view across the cove to the park, many water fowl on the scene. Listing is accurate as to groceries; be sure and bring anything you might not find at Brookshire Brothers. Game room was a big hit with our teenage kids.

Great vacation spot!

This was a great vacation spot for my whole family. The sleeping arrangement was great with plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen/living area was very spacious. The game room was perfect for the kids when they weren't down at the lake. The water was shallow enough for my 7 year old to touch near the side of the pier and deep enough for all the water activities for the older ones. Finally, the sunset was breath taking! I would definitely recommend this property!

Annual Family trip

This was our 2nd time to stay at this house! The reason we picked this house was that it is the best house to stay on a family vacation! The communication with the owner is 10 stars. Steve is a wonderful host! We enjoyed every bit of this stay, the sites, the house itself was amazing! The sunsets, the sunrises, deer coming into the yard, there is nothing I can’t say bad about this house! Go and see for yourself and enjoy the peace and quiet

Beautiful home with all you need

The home was just lovely and impeccably clean. It easily accommodates large groups in comfort. Kids (& adults) will love the game room. The host provides a helpful handout and was readily available for questions. I’ve rented literally dozens of homes and this ranks as one of the best. Highly recommend.

The pictures and description do not do this property justice! We had 8 adults & 3 kids (7-16yo) for 4 nights with plenty of space for all of us. The house is AMAZING! Clean, comfortable & well-appointed (everything we forgot was already there!). Huge kitchen, table for 8 PLUS a game table, seating for NINE in the living room, ping pong, cornhole, paddle boards, frisbee golf (who has this?!), etc etc etc. My 74yo dad instructed me to book next year within 30 minutes of arriving 😆 The owner was more than accommodating and easy to contact. We will be back!

Great Place!

This was my families 4th year to rent a place on Lake Limestone. Our children are grown and married. We have 4 grandchildren. The place gave each adult child their own room for them and their spouse. The room with the baby bed was handy for my son and his wife with their 1 year old. Our oldest and her family stayed in the loft. Perfect! Everyone had adequate space. Loved the large dining table. The swim area was great. Loved being able to walk in. The location on the lake is very important to my husband because of skiing and tubing. This house is very close to the boat ramp and skiing and tubing was great right there by the dam.

We stayed at this house on Limestone Lake and WOW was it great. The house is clean, beautiful and full of all the things a family with kids needs. The game room was awesome. I took my boat with us to the lake and docked it alongside the Dock House. The lake was great, we tubed and wake boarded with the 9 kids we took up there. Not to mention swimming and fishing off the dock. It's a beautiful house in a beautiful location. Thank you to Steve for hosting us, let's do it again soon!

Great Place to Stay on the Lake

This place was awesome! It has a great yard and dock with plenty of activities to have fun. The house and loft were very spacious, and the owner is a great communicator! I would definitely book again.

Perfect getaway

We had the most amazing “unplugged” weekend at this home with family and friends. The property is beautifully decorated and has enough space for everyone. The lake was beautiful and we will be back for sure!

Wonderful Place For a Family Get Together

What a wonderful place for our annual reunion with grown kids and grand kids! House is beautiful and well maintained, with plenty of space for everyone, inside and out. Our only problem was our time here went way too fast!

Nice getaway

My family which includes older parents, us, my sis family and 5 teens enjoyed our stay. The gameroom and unattached loft were great for teens. The dock and cove were nice. There is plenty of uncovered deck to hang out on as well.

GREAT PLACE TO GET AWAY

We arrived to this place and it was just what we needed. We actually went for our daughters graduation form A&M, it was an hour drive North but well worth it to get away from the crazy from graduation. We will definitely be back here with friends to escape the Dallas life for a while.
