Disappointing stay

It was a no so good stay overall. The appartement cleanliness was disappointing, no working air conditioning in a city where temperature was above 45 degrees Celsius. No swimming pool as photos showed (broken) and finally no communication at all except for checking in and out. A lot of work to do for the owner to match the photos used in the reservation step.

BETRUG Das ist mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft, die ich je hatte. Am selben Tag sind wir nach Hause gefahren, weil der Zustand inakzeptabel war. Das 1. Bild, was man sieht, ist ein Unterkunft mit Schwimmbad. Jedoch ist das Schwimmbad defekt. Als wir die Unterkunft betreten haben, haben wir direkt bemerkt, dass es schmutzig ist und es hat nach Zigaretten gestunken. Der Boden war schmutzig und die Handtücher waren auch schmutzig. Es wird mit 100 Mbit Internet beworben, aber es waren nur 7 Mbit. In Marrakesch ist es sehr heiß und brauchen deswegen eine Klimaanlage. Das Problem ist aber, dass nur 1 von 3 Klimaanlagen funktioniert hat, sodass nur 1 Raum klimatisiert war. Die Haustür war auch kaputt. Deswegen haben wir die Person, die uns den Schlüssel gegen hat, kontaktiert und den Umstand gemeldet. Diese Person war absolut nicht hilfreich und habe nur eine freche Antwort bekommen. Sie sagte, dass ich ein Hotel buchen sollte. Das Problem liegt darin, dass die beworbene Sachen nicht eingehalten wurde, was an Betrug grenzt. Das Geld kriege ich auch nicht zurück.

C’est une arnaque pure et simple ,cafard,machine à lave réparer avec un tourné vide sortant ,tapis noir …piscine inutilisable condamnée , et j’en passe …le contacte irrespectueux et quartier mal fréquenté

It was awful. We went in first day and the toilet flush was leaking there was water all over the floor and the wash basin was block. We tried to contact the property owner and they couldn't talk property. Kitchen was dirty and the cups and plates are broken. Air conditioning doesn't work at all and we had to sleep on floor as there was air condition in one room only. Overall this apartment is Eligible to put on Expedia to sell out. Really unhappy
