From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The food was excellent — freshly prepared throughout the day, always warm, and with plenty of variety. The service in the restaurant was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to KAMAL, who was an absolute legend. He consistently looked after us and made sure our dinner experience was enjoyable every evening. He even took the time to practice French with my son, which meant a lot to us and really made our stay memorable. The room was superb — clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day. Twist in holiday due to medical emergency

Hotel was nice, beautiful surroundings and ambience. Unfortunately, we were terribly sick a few days before we left and we couldn't get immediate medical assistance from the on-site medical team as there was a holiday so we had to rush to the emergency hospital which was very scary and intense. The hospital medical staff were amazing and we are thankful for their service however the hotel should put some extra support in place incase thisbhappens again especially as it involved children. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

I had to book this hotel last minute because the WiFi at my Riad went out. I was very impressed with the property the soon as i stepped foot inside The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This property is a good option to stay in if you do not mind staying around 20 mins away from Marrakesh. They do run daily shuttles but the last one is at 8 pm so you have to plan your day accordingly. The taxi fares are otherwise quite expensive which we ended up paying. Otherwise, there is quite a lot to do within the property itself, breakfast was good, a few restaurants of good quality in the property to dine in and activities for the kids.

The housekeeping service was consistently late, and there were several issues with the room. Items were either broken or missing; for example, there was no hairdryer available, and the iron was not functioning. I had to contact housekeeping multiple times to address these problems. Additionally, the bathroom cleaning was not done at all, and no toiletries were replaced. The buffet remained the same every day, and there wasn't much for the children to do. The wellness centre could be more relaxing if they offered refreshments after the one-hour treatment. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at this resort, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The food was relatively good and varied, but the restaurant schedule wasn’t ideal for those going on excursions—breakfast only starts at 7:30 AM, which is inconvenient when you need to leave by 8 AM, and dinner at 7:30 PM felt a bit late for those wanting to eat earlier. The resort itself was beautiful, and the Hammam experience was definitely a highlight. The reception staff was kind and welcoming. However, the biggest downside was the poor sound insulation in the rooms. We could clearly hear conversations and noise from the rooms above, which made it difficult to sleep. Even after changing rooms, the issue remained the same. If you're planning to wake up early for activities, this could be a major problem. But if your goal is to relax by the pool all day and sleep in, it might not bother you as much. Unfortunately, for a resort that claims to be five-star luxury, the lack of proper soundproofing was disappointing and significantly impacted our stay.

Just adequate

Hotel is adequate, relatively clean and comfortable but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. We felt a bit ripped off by the “all-inclusive” package we booked that didn’t include most of the available amenities at the hotel (only the buffet available each day or certain items at the pool at certain times, no room service, most drinks not included and all inclusive drinks not available after 11). Pool not heated and unusable this time of year. Staff were friendly but usually just asked us to look at the app rather than helping with requests. Property was mostly empty and at times felt like we were the only people there and no real activities in the evening. It’s quite a large property and our rooms were quite far from the lobby area which added to the sense of isolation. Spa services / airport transfers / extra services were vastly more expensive than at many riads available in the Medina. Seems like the hotel is mostly used for conferences and I can imagine it would be great for that but wouldn’t recommend for holiday stays. We stayed at a riad for the first couple of days and thought that offered much better value for what we got even without the all inclusive option.
