Very nice and spacious apartment of 83 sqm, decorated and equipped with taste & great care for your maximum comfort and a change of scenery.
In a beautiful and recent luxury residence with large pool, gym and free WI-FI.
You will be in the heart of MARRAKECH, near the MAJORELLE GARDENS, the Yves SAINT museum and other tourist sites of the ocher city.
All amenities are at hand (CARREFOUR MARKET, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, banks, public transport ..).
The apartment is located in the district of SEMLALIA-GUELIZ, on the 2nd floor of a very beautiful and recent luxury residence.
The residence is very quiet, monitored 24/24, it offers you very high quality services: large pool reserved for occupants with a pool for children, a playground, a lift, a gym, a parking space free in the basement (place assigned to the apartment).

The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1. 9 mx 2 m) and the other with 3 single beds (90 cm x 2 m). it has a reversible central air conditioning for comfort, has a FREE WIFI connection with a very good flow (12 Giga), SMART flat screen TV, with cable channels sorted by country.
The kitchen is very functional and very well equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, extractor hood, all necessary crockery, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, teapot etc ....
All bed linen, towels, iron and ironing board and hair dryer, a washing machine, an umbrella bed, a stroller are at your disposal in the apartment.
