Small excellent riad. Staff are amazing. First time to visit Marrakech and did not expect the poverty and distressed neighborhoods. Click riad was a welcome respite.

This Riad is excellent because of the people that are working in it. Everybody is alwasy available to assolve any request or desire. They are also very well organized in terms of excursions - they have their own organization called H & L with many cars available -. Of course, considering that it is a house, in the morning is pretty noisy - if you like sleeping late .. like me! - but I would rate the overall experience with a good 9 and recommend the place. The area is the heart of Medina, so historal and very picturesque. If you prefer like beeing in the middle of a modern area, this is not the place. I will definitely book again, no doubt! Lovely Riad, lovely staff, Manager not so good

Had a nice stay at the Click Riad. The staff were lovely and everything was great until we met the 'Manager'. Towards the end of our stay a man we hadn't seen before approached us in the lobby and began to speak to us about settling our bill. He didn't introduce himself and when we asked him who he was he looked at us us as if we were stupid and said 'I'm the Manager'. He did not give a name. He then told us that we would have to pay by WhatsApp. The reason he gave for this is that it is so much simpler. It was not simpler for us. I managed it that way, but my friend's bank would not accept the transaction and she had to pay in cash. I don't know why they could not just have a card machine like every other business. We asked the manager if he could book a taxi for us for the following morning to go to the station. Our train was at 9.50 so he said the cab should be booked for 9.00. At 8.20 the cab arrived. I was not ready and the cab left. At 9.00 there was no cab. The lovely man on duty told us not to worry but it was unsettling. The cab arrived at.9.20, and in fact, was a minibus with Click Riad (or similar) on the door. Apparently the initial person had arrived early as he had other people to pick up on the way. We were charged 15 euros for this service. Had we known what to expect, we would have gone out and hailed a passing taxi and probably paid 30 dhm.We just caught the train but it was a disappointing end to an otherwise lovely stay

Très bon accueil, le personnel est aux petits soins; Riad joli et propre, bon petit déjeuner. Le seul bémol : c’est très bruyant, on entend tout de la chambre, aucune insonorisation.

Den engelskspråklige kontakten vår på Riaden var helt fantastisk. Han ordnet mat, taxi, gav oss alt vi spurte om og mange tips til gode spisesteder i byen. Han svarer raskt på WhatsApp og alltid høflig og blid. De andre ansatte snakket kun marokkansk/fransk. Under massasjen visket de ansatte til hverandre hele tiden, men de stod og tittet ut i gangen (flere ganger mens massasjen pågikk). Hadde ikke tatt spa her igjen. Det er små kiosker i nærheten. Men vår mann på hotellet ordnet alt vi ønsket oss av drikke og mat, så det var aldri noe problem.

A hidden Gem

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful riad. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for – their warmth and hospitality added so much to the experience. The riad itself is stunning – a peaceful oasis with gorgeous architecture and elegant details that create a truly romantic atmosphere. It was the perfect setting for a couple’s retreat. The food was absolutely brilliant – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a special occasion. The location was also ideal – tucked away enough to feel tranquil, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. If you’re looking for a romantic escape with charm, comfort, and exceptional service, this is the place. We can’t wait to return.

Disappointing Stay at Click Riad

Unfortunately we had a disappointing stay at Click Riad for the following reasons: - Although my partner speaks some French, we experienced a major language barrier with all staff at the riad as none of them had a basic level of English communication skills - As we were going expecting to be arriving at the riad at about 9:00pm, we contacted the riad several days in advance to arrange a meal to be prepared for us on arrival, which we confirmed via email. When we arrived at the riad after a long day of travelling, we were informed that a meal wasn't possible that evening, which was really frustrating. They apologised and offered to move our meal to a different evening, but we had already made plans. We eventually settled on some snacks as an apology for the inconvenience. - Although we were shown to the room we had booked when we arrived, we were then moved to a cheaper room as it was supposedly quieter than the more premium room that we had booked. We complained and then were moved to our original room. - Although our room was lovely, the mattress was very hard and the bathroom light is turned on via a motion sensor, which isn't ideal in the middle of the night. - The riad doesn't really have much of an atmosphere during the day or evening. - When we tipped the owner as we were leaving the riad, he rudely snatch the tip without saying thank you or good bye. We wanted to enjoy our experience at Click Riad, but as there are so many options in Marrakesh, we won't be returning

Le Riad est génial et très jolie ! Rien à dire sur la propreté et le personnel/service. Il est bien situé et nous a permis de nous déplacer dans la plupart des lieux connus à pieds. Le petit déjeuner est également excellent et copieux ! J'aimerais souligner la gentillesse du gérant du Riad Abdou sans qui le séjour n'aurait pas été aussi chaleureux. C'est un monsieur très souriant, au petit soin pour ses clients et disponible quasiment tout le temps. N'hésitez pas à discuter avec lui si vous en avez besoin d'en connaitre plus sur la culture marocaine, il sera ravi d'en parler. Merci encore pour cet incroyable séjour !

Lit dur, oreiller trop gros, pas de rangement SDB, toute petite armoire vetement. Boules quies impératif, Conversation téléphonique jusque très tard le soir, on entend absolument tout, aucun confort phonique. Petit déjeuner pas terrible, jus d'orange qui n'en a que le nom mis a part le week end. Hammam pas testé. Le quartier est excentré avec quasiment pas de restaurant intéressant, mais il est très typique.

La gérance et le personnel sont excellents. Tout le monde est aux petits soins. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Partager le thé ou bien la soupe avec Abdou a permis de faire plus ample connaissance et d’avoir des conseils sur les visites et excursions. Nous prévoyons de revenir au Maroc et sans hésiter nous reviendrons dans ce Riad fraîchement rénové. Un grand merci au personnel. Également, la prestation du hammam, gommage et massage sont de grandes qualités. 2 heures de pures bonheur et de bien-être.

Nous avons passés un séjour magnifique au Click Riad and Spa. Le Riad est vraiment très beau, composé de 5 chambres/suites en tout. Le personnel est au petits soins (merci à Abdu le gérant et Mariam l'intendante). Les soins hammam et massages sont prodigués sur place, un plaisir. La situation du Riad met tout à pieds à 15 min max (place Jama Al Efna, palais de la Bahia, etc...) ainsi que les très nombreaux restaurants de qualité. Nous avons aussi diné sur place un excellent Tajine préparé par Mariam. Les petits déjeuners sont aussi excellents et copieux. Le Click Riad fait partie d'un groupe qui organise aussi des excursions. Mon conseil: passer par Abdu, qui gère la relation avec l'agence, avec des tarifs réduits!. Un excellent souvenir de Noel en Famille à Marrakech dans d'excellentes conditions de confort. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir Inchallah.

Estuvo bien pero nos faltó un poco más de atención, a mí a veces me daba miedo preguntar o pedir algo…. No nos limpiaron la habitación los 5 días que estuvimos, no nos ofrecieron toallas ni nada. Avisamos sobre la excursión y no nos dieron desayuno antes. Sin embargo, Mariam y otra chica fueron muy simpáticas con nosotras y nos ayudaron!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce Riad. Les installations sont récentes, le personnel est attentif et aux petits soins, et le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité. L’agencement et les finitions sont tout simplement magnifiques, donnant à ce Riad une ambiance authentique et somptueuse. Mention spéciale pour les massages et le spa, parfaits pour des moments de détente et de lâcher-prise. Je recommande vivement !
