We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful riad. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for – their warmth and hospitality added so much to the experience.
The riad itself is stunning – a peaceful oasis with gorgeous architecture and elegant details that create a truly romantic atmosphere. It was the perfect setting for a couple’s retreat.
The food was absolutely brilliant – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a special occasion.
The location was also ideal – tucked away enough to feel tranquil, yet close to everything we wanted to explore.
If you’re looking for a romantic escape with charm, comfort, and exceptional service, this is the place. We can’t wait to return.
Small excellent riad. Staff are amazing. First time to visit Marrakech and did not expect the poverty and distressed neighborhoods. Click riad was a welcome respite.
The staffs are very friendly
The environment was safe and comfortable
They cater to all our needs
The manager Abdul and one of the staff Mariam are so helpful, kind and extremely caring.
We definitely coming back next year 😀😘
wonderful stay in this very beautiful establishment well located in the heart of Marrakech.
spacious rooms, very nice service.
Very varied breakfasts, offered in a very pleasant setting.
The chefs offer dishes and desserts that are as beautiful as they are good. Even if the establishment is recent, it is a wonderful taste discovery!
The staff is exceptionally kind, adorable and really attentive.
we can only recommend this very beautiful hotel!

Disliked: Cleanliness
Bad first impression as we had asked them to arrange airport pickup (they had responded that "it will be waiting for you upon arrival"). On arrival no car was waiting and when we got in contact with someone after half an hour he told me there was no car waiting. Upon arrival a younger man angrily and loudly said "This is your fault!" without even checking the facts. This led to us not feeling fully safe and relaxed during our stay. Rooms were OK, but a bit overpriced compared to the competition, and very dark. In one room the lights didn't work except for bed nightlights, so we had to use torches. Garbage from the previous guests were still in the bin. Other than this service was OK and the older man (owner?) was very friendly and tried to converse (unfortunately we did not speak much french). Ended up rebooking our last night there to stay at a different place.
Miriam and other staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel advertisement indicate staff speaks English, French, Arabic. Incorrect. The staff spoke only French, communication was difficult. Guest rooms are very dark, lighting is dim. Breakfast is free however you have to request dinner in advance. Spa and Hammam was great.
Property location is interesting but safe. However, I wouldn’t walk the street late at night. Riad was very nice and accommodating. The guest room lighting was very dark. No TV. Spa and Hammam is wonderful. Free light breakfast, the same every day included in fee. Dinner upon early request additional cost.
This Riad is excellent because of the people that are working in it. Everybody is alwasy available to assolve any request or desire. They are also very well organized in terms of excursions - they have their own organization called H & L with many cars available -.
Of course, considering that it is a house, in the morning is pretty noisy - if you like sleeping late .. like me! - but I would rate the overall experience with a good 9 and recommend the place.
The area is the heart of Medina, so historal and very picturesque. If you prefer like beeing in the middle of a modern area, this is not the place.
I will definitely book again, no doubt!

We had a really wonderful stay at Click Riad and Spa. One of the nicest things was that we could get a massage right there, which I did as soon as I arrived after my long overnight trip. That really helped me relax and feel refreshed.
We were also able to have dinner there, which we ordered during the day for that evening. Both times we did that, it was delicious and filling.
I had a special dietary need for breakfast, and they got the lactose-free milk I needed and provided it for me - warm for my coffee and cold for other uses. We were able to have them do laundry for us which I gave to them in the morning and it returned that evening. It was reasonably priced and so helpful.
They provided a taxi from the airport which was really convenient. After that any time we needed a taxi, we got it through them which was also easy.
We do not speak French or Arabic and they didn't speak much English, so we used the translation app on our phones and did extremely well.
They really have an attitude of wanting to help in any way they can. They are friendly and warm. I would gladly stay there again.
The riad is very attractive, well kept and comfortable. I had a room that wasn't quite as big as others, and when a larger one became available, they offered it to me. I wasn't aware of this, so really appreciated the offer. So I switched.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Chose Click Riad last minute due a schedule change. Reviews were glowing but realized they were for spa services, not the riad itself.
Staff were very nice and very helpful including the owner. One young lady, Hanse (sp) even took the scooter to find an electrical adapter for me when I realized mine wasn't working and the shop nearby was closed. Kudos!
My room, Suite Marjana, was good, 2nd floor, very clean. It was a good size for one person, 2 would have been tight given the small bathroom and armoire.
The bathroom sink had only 1 working faucet handle that will get hot water in about a minute. The shower water goes between hot/cold without being touched, be warned! I never got the showerhead to work, used the handheld. As theres only a half door for the shower, water gets on the bathroom floor. I used the extra towel to mop it up.
I read that riads are generally dimly lit and my room was no exception. Ample EU wall sockets, always a good thing.
My first night I checked out the rooftop terrace before sunset, hoping to read my book while gazing over the city. Very disappointed to see battered patio furniture, much of which had what appeared to be laundry on it. One chair had no cushion, another no cushion cover exposing foam. The worst part was the awful stench that persisted even with the nice breeze. Not sewage but like something was decayed. Hammamm was good, did not use spa. Riad had no restaurant as advertised but will order dinner to be delivered. Breakfast very good.
Had a nice stay at the Click Riad. The staff were lovely and everything was great until we met the 'Manager'.
Towards the end of our stay a man we hadn't seen before approached us in the lobby and began to speak to us about settling our bill. He didn't introduce himself and when we asked him who he was he looked at us us as if we were stupid and said 'I'm the Manager'. He did not give a name. He then told us that we would have to pay by WhatsApp. The reason he gave for this is that it is so much simpler. It was not simpler for us. I managed it that way, but my friend's bank would not accept the transaction and she had to pay in cash. I don't know why they could not just have a card machine like every other business. We asked the manager if he could book a taxi for us for the following morning to go to the station. Our train was at 9.50 so he said the cab should be booked for 9.00. At 8.20 the cab arrived. I was not ready and the cab left. At 9.00 there was no cab. The lovely man on duty told us not to worry but it was unsettling. The cab arrived at.9.20, and in fact, was a minibus with Click Riad (or similar) on the door. Apparently the initial person had arrived early as he had other people to pick up on the way. We were charged 15 euros for this service. Had we known what to expect, we would have gone out and hailed a passing taxi and probably paid 30 dhm.We just caught the train but it was a disappointing end to an otherwise lovely stay
Our stay at Click Riad & Spa was absolutely wonderful. The hospitality, luxurious accommodations, serene patio, rejuvenating spa, and delicious breakfast all contributed to an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Click Riad & Spa for a memorable stay in Marrakech.
The staff at the Riad are AMAZING. I got really sick and they were so helpful, made me soup, got me medicine. Abdou manages the property and he’s just wonderful. They really nursed me back to health. The only thing I will say is housekeeping is a little off I don’t think they do much housekeeping during the stay unless you ask- otherwise great property and Hamam was amazing
Unfortunately we had a disappointing stay at Click Riad for the following reasons:
- Although my partner speaks some French, we experienced a major language barrier with all staff at the riad as none of them had a basic level of English communication skills
- As we were going expecting to be arriving at the riad at about 9:00pm, we contacted the riad several days in advance to arrange a meal to be prepared for us on arrival, which we confirmed via email. When we arrived at the riad after a long day of travelling, we were informed that a meal wasn't possible that evening, which was really frustrating. They apologised and offered to move our meal to a different evening, but we had already made plans. We eventually settled on some snacks as an apology for the inconvenience.
- Although we were shown to the room we had booked when we arrived, we were then moved to a cheaper room as it was supposedly quieter than the more premium room that we had booked. We complained and then were moved to our original room.
- Although our room was lovely, the mattress was very hard and the bathroom light is turned on via a motion sensor, which isn't ideal in the middle of the night.
- The riad doesn't really have much of an atmosphere during the day or evening.
- When we tipped the owner as we were leaving the riad, he rudely snatch the tip without saying thank you or good bye.
We wanted to enjoy our experience at Click Riad, but as there are so many options in Marrakesh, we won't be returning
