Nice little hotel close to the main square. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was great. The location of the hotel, away from easy access to taxis was easily dealt with by the staff helping with transportation to and from the hotel.

The place and staff were amazing. The rooms were so clean. 10/10 … the only thing to know is that the phone number only works via what’s app… so when we got lost we could not call the hotel until we figured that out !

I cannot recommend Hotel Riad Chami enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location is excellent—situated less than a minute's walk from Al-Jeena square. If you arrive by taxi, it's just a quick, easy 3-minute walk to the riad. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-presented, featuring effective air conditioning and a brilliant bathroom with an excellent shower and complimentary shampoo and body wash. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which was excellent and served every morning on the gorgeous rooftop terrace. A truly wonderful stay from start to finish!

The Riad was beautiful, clean and well maintained. We checked in very early in the am and they were very accommodating by offering to keep our bags while we went exploring for the day. They also kept our bags for us after we checked out the next morning as we also had a full day of touring in Marrakech before we travelled home. It was in a great location ( a little tricky to find) just off the square where the market ( souks) are. The only down side which was really nothing, they were painting stair railings etc and the paint left a very strong smell throughout the Riad. I would recommend staying here, it will not disappoint.

Wonderful Riad! Beautiful, clean, and outstanding service. Location is perfect inside the Medina, close to the souk and walking distance to touristic spots. Breakfast was delicious! Front desk personnel were extremely helpful and kind. Great stay for a perfect Moroccan experience!

The property is conveniently located within a few minutes walking distance from Jemaa-el-Fnaa, making it easy to return for quick breaks in an air conditioned room while exploring the souks! The rooms were clean and stocked with everything we needed (kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer, safe). The staff, especially Tariq, were kind and extremely helpful. I would recommend this hidden treasure to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Hotel was wonderful. Easy to find with GPS, just know that it’s in an area where the taxi will have to leave you nearby because they can’t go in all the way, so you will have to walk to get there from wherever the taxi leaves you, which is probably about 5 minutes. Great location for a first time visitor, was very close to all of the tourist points and within walking distance. Hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly. The breakfast was amazing, a feast every morning to be taken at the terrace. I go there very late (about 2am) and had no issue checking in, check-in process was very quick and easy. Hotel was very clean, someone cleaned it every day. Location was great because you could go and take a break from the day when needed and go back out. Even though it is close to everything it was very quiet all the time. They also have a taxi service to the airport which was nice and prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The crew there were really helpful and nice people. There were locks to all the doors, and we felt safe. However there was a lot of noice in the building fx hammering, moving of furniture, fake bird sounds in the morning at 6 am that went on forever. So it was really hard to sleep there because of the noice, sounds and constant light in the room (a light in front of the door you could not turn off). It also smelled musty in the hallway..

Our stay at Hotel Riad Chami was excellent. Perfect service, room was clean and tidied every day, ideal location to walk into the souk and breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend staying here for a trip to Marrakech.

A great place

My friend and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Riad Chami. It is located just off of the main square which makes it a perfect base to explore Marrakech. The staff were friendly, kind and were there to offer recommendations if needed. The breakfast on the rooftop was an added bonus, which really set us up for the day. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This riad is perfect for exploring Marrakech! The location is only a few yards from the main square but is still quiet. Our room was one of the smaller ones but had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The staff were so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent breakfast on the rooftop terrace each morning

I wish we stayed here longer! It’s conveniently in the heart of the markets, but we had no trouble sleeping (unsure if that’s because the noise wasn’t too bad or we were very exhausted). The AC was very powerful (yay!) and checking in and out was easy. For a small fee, transportation to the airport was arranged for us as well
