We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riad Boussa! The staff, Ahmad Mohammad and Karima were amazing and really made sure we had everything we needed, always offerings things to drink and preparing delicious breakfasts. The Riad is well maintained and quiet. Watching the stars from the roof was amazing.

This property definitely had its pros and cons. The biggest con was that the walls were very thin, so you hear everything - people in the next room talking, the fountain in the lobby trickling. The other con is that breakfast is very average, it’s mostly just bread. The pros are that it is a convenient location in the Medina. Whether or not the mayhem of the Medina is right for you is another story - but at least Riad Boussa is on a quiet side street. After reading so much about amazing riads and exceptional service, I think my expectations were very high. This Riad was alright.

the people were just so nice. breakfast was served on the deck, it was great, they spoke good English. room was perfect. can't say enough great about our stay.

This Riad is truly beautiful, it looks even better than the pictures! And what made it even better was the staff, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is located inside the old medina, so you’re within walking distance of many of the highlights of Marrakech. The breakfast was also great up in the top terrace. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a 2 night stay at Riad Boussa on September 16, 2022. From the minute we entered through the front door we knew we had made the right choice. Ahmed and Mohammad are extremely friendly and helpful and always make themselves available. Ahmed walked with us to the main road of the medina the first time we ventured out on our own, and explained how to get to the Jemaa el-Fnaa. He gave us his number in case we needed his assistance in getting back. It was so easy once he showed us the first time, that we didn't need to call him. The riad is about a 10 minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Sarah was also super nice and very helpful. We enjoyed all of their company while staying at the riad. They truly made us feel like family. The Riad was beautifully decorated, clean, and breakfast was delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice. They will ask where your preference to sit and eat is. Our preference was to be served on their rooftop terrace, which is absolutely beautiful. Our room was a good size room with a private bathroom. The Riad's location was excellent. It is about a 10 minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa. I would definitely stay here on a return trip to Marrakech.

There was nothing to dislike. Great accommodation for a few nights excellent staff very friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble. Right in heart of Medina serves excellent food and facilities are excellent

Amazing location . All major attractions are located within walking distance and literally you could reach main streets within minutes, At the same time once you are inside the hotel it is very quiet .Plenty of eating outlets nearby.

I can’t recommend Riad Boussa highly enough! The Riad is a small, beautiful & genuinely quiet and calm oasis considering it’s only a 5 min walk from the main square. Rooms are spotlessly clean with daily service throughout our stay. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan, fresh & tasty and served to the terrace each day after arranging a time the night before. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like friends. The host, Ahmed, ensured we had everything we could need, and took time showing us maps and what we should pay for things. He recommended and booked restaurants, a spa visit and a day trip to the Atlas Mountains. He is an absolute credit to the hotel and truly made our trip. If you enjoy the personal attention a smaller property can provide then please don’t consider booking anywhere else - you will be very well looked after here.

Oasis In The Souk
My wife and I went to Marrakech not knowing what to expect. We read the good reviews of the Riad Boussa and made reservations. It didn't disappoint in any way. Michelle, The French owner was great answering our emails before and scheduled a driver from the airport to PLAZA JEMAA EL-FNAA where you can't drive beyond and a man with a cart takes your luggage to the Riad on the other side of this exciting and different market. At first we were concerned we would never find our way back or around the labyrinth of alley ways of the souk but with Michelle's directions and backtracking once it became very easy. The Riad Boussa is a little bit of a ways down some side alleys of the souk which is nice as it is very quite. If you can handle a walk, it is well worth it. After walking though the historically old streets you come up to this unassuming door way. As you enter, the interior has been beautifully renovated. We were welcomed by extremely nice and courteous staff who served us mint tea while we sat in the beautifully decorated courtyard and filled out our registration cards. After Michelle took time to answer any of our questions and to get us situated in the Souk and gave recommendations for places to eat. Like everything else our room had been very tastefully renovated in the local style which was unlike any place else we have stayed at. Breakfast was served every morning on a very tranquil roof top. Michelle and her staff were so polite and helpful and the Riad is Beautiful.

The hosts were WONDERFUL. I was nervous at first walking through the Médina to get to the place bc I wasn’t sure what I had booked. This riad is tucked away a few streets off the main Médina and it is quaint, cute and safe. The staff is stellar and was always leaving us gifts and catering to our needs. They gave wonderful and accurate recommendations and left us a gift before leaving. I would stay here every time and I would recommend this riad to everyone.

Loved my stay at Riad Boussa! So happy I found it on Expedia just a few days before my stay. I was expecting a bit of TIA-related challenges but I had an absolutely seamless stay here at Boussa. Το κατάλυμα είναι παραδοσιακό και ατμοσφαιρικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό και καθαρό. Το πρωινό σπιτικό - παραδοσιακό. Για τον Αχμέτ και τον συνάδελφό του (συγγνώμη δεν γνωρίζω το όνομά του) δεν υπάρχουν λόγια, φοβερά εξυπηρετικοί, καλοσυνάτοι και φιλικοί. Φτιάχνουν το καλύτερο τσάι στην πόλη! Ο λόγος που δεν θα το πρότεινα είναι η έλλειψη ηχομόνωσης, μπορούσες να ακούσεις τις ομιλίες από το διπλανό δωμάτιο.

Buena opción, la atención inmejorable.
Marrakech es una ciudad compleja, la Medina es complicada entre peatones, motos y bicicletas. El Riad está muy cerca de los puntos principales, y muy céntrico, pero no hay acceso vehicular, hay que caminar aprox 10 minutos, y está escondido en unos pequeños callejones. La atención buena.

Un riad intimo e curato in ogni dettaglio, l'accoglienza è stata attenta e sempre disponibile. Ottime le colazioni e le cene preparate su richiesta. Davvero consigliato per un soggiorno tranquillo a due passi dalla piazza Jeema el-Fna. La vera ospitalità marocchina!

Bel riad nel cuore della medina con negozi e botteghe di ogni tipo a portata di mano. Pulito e confortevole, con una bella terrazza per rilassarsi dopo i ritmi intensi delle giornate a Marrakech. Brigitte è una ospite precisa e disponibile ed i suoi collaboratori sono davvero eccellenti, abbiamo avuto un ottimo contatto con Ahmad in particolare. Gli unici pasti che abbiamo richiesto sono state le colazioni - buone e abbondanti, servite in terrazza. Sentiamo di consigliare questa struttura senza riserve.

こじんまりとしたこだわりの宿
路地の奥にあるため場所が分かりにくいが予約するとすぐに詳細な道順を教えてくれた。オーナー、スタッフの対応が大変良くまたインテリアも素晴らしい。チェックアウトの際早朝鉄道駅に向かうリヤカーとタクシーを予約してくれ、朝食も簡単な弁当を用意してくれた。飲み物の他日替わりでウェルカムスナックも用意されており、味も美味で感心した。

寛げるリヤド
到着時に滞在予定やハマムの予約などすべて手配してくれたおかげで楽しい滞在になりました。また、SIMやエッサウィラ行きのバスチケットも買いに行ってくれたりとても助かりました。 部屋、ロビー、テラスどこもインテリアが美しく小物使いも真似したくなるものばかりでした。 場所も一度覚えれば簡単で、ジャマエルフナや観光、買い物に行くのも便利です。
