The villa can be rented for up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. The villa offers sumptuous accommodation with five spacious bedrooms, all equipped with king-size beds (180*200), which can be converted into twin beds upon request to suit your needs. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, ensuring complete privacy, as well as a safe to guarantee the security of your belongings. The fully air-conditioned interiors, featuring a cosy fireplace, are enhanced by high-end linens and "BOTANICA" toiletries. For your entertainment, the living room is equipped with a television with Smart IPTV, complemented by high-speed Wi-Fi. The expansive grounds of Villa JUZYAN are a true paradise for leisure. At the centre is a magnificent swimming pool with a paddling pool for younger children, as well as a jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 12 people. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped 60 m² gym. For your relaxation and socialising, the villa also offers a pétanque court, a putting green with clubs available, a ping-pong table, darts, card games, and board games for children. We can arrange your transfer to and from Marrakech airport to facilitate your arrival and departure. This service is available upon request and included in your stay. In accordance with current legislation, we are not authorised to buy, sell, or transport alcoholic drinks for our guests. Residents may consume alcohol privately, provided they respect the rules of peace, safety, and good behaviour. A security deposit of €3,000 will be held as a pre-authorization at the beginning of your stay and will be returned to you after the check-out inspection if no damage is found. observed. No photography or video for commercial or advertising purposes is permitted without prior authorisation. Linens will be changed every 4 days during your stay. Daily linen changes are available for a fee of 50 euros per day for all rooms. Bath towels will be changed. every two days after being placed on the shower floor.
