*KEY PICKUP WILL TAKE PLACE DIRECTLY AT THE ACCOMMODATION.

*Three days before your arrival (provided the deposit payment and check-in have been completed), you will receive the code for the accommodation’s key box.

*IMPORTANT: The code can only be used starting on the official check-in date and time indicated in your reservation.

*On the day of check-out, the keys must be returned to the key box before 10:00 a.m.

*Pets are not allowed

*Between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., quiet hours are in effect, and during the rest of the day, respect for neighbors is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc., are not permitted)*
