You have 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms distributed throughout the property. The ground floor features a vast 240 m² living-dining area with a fully equipped private kitchen, bar area, cozy fireplace corner, and 2 toilets. Upstairs, you will find 8 spacious bedrooms with 6 en-suite bathrooms, a library area, and a large workshop. Each room has individual radiators.



Enjoy the private garden with swings, private barbecue, and uncovered terrace. The private outdoor pool (10 m x 3 m, 1.20 m deep) is open during the day and closed at night. Also available: play equipment, ping-pong table, toys and books for children, pétanque court, and foosball table.

The mill is located in a peaceful village surrounded by trees, rivers, and waterfalls, with many hiking trails and cycling paths nearby. At 550 m altitude and close to Ambert, the property is 80 km southeast of Clermont-Ferrand.
