Le Clos de Marsannay –4-Bedroom House

Located in the heart of Marsannay-la-Côte, overlooking the vineyards, this spacious and comfortable house is ideal for families or groups of friends and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a large, fully equipped separate kitchen with a dining area, a bright and spacious living room with a TV and several comfortable seating areas, as well as a dining room.

The master bedroom is also located on this floor. It features a double bed, direct access to the outdoors, a dressing room and its own en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.

Upstairs, guests have access to a dedicated workspace with a desk. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: a large bedroom with one double bed and two single beds, along with its own en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with double beds that share a shower room.

With 4 bedrooms in total, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Outside, you can enjoy a private enclosed garden surrounded by greenery and a furnished terrace, both directly accessible from the house.

The property is easy to reach by car.

Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles directly in front of the house, making arrival and unloading simple and convenient.

Check-in is completely independent thanks to a secure lockbox located at the entrance to the property. The access code will be sent to you before your arrival.

Once you have collected the keys, simply enter the house, settle in and start enjoying your stay in the heart of Burgundy.
