    Designed for a stay for two, this apartment offers you calm, authenticity and sweetness of life in a typical southern setting.
    Here, we take the time.... between walks or bike rides, sunsets and moments of relaxation.
    The atmosphere is simple and warm, inspired by the seafaring spirit and local traditions.
    The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a villa with independent entrance, cosy sleeping area, equipped kitchen, functional bathroom, indoor and outdoor relaxation area on the terrace to relax. Very quiet area, close to the Etang de Thau, ideal for a couple's stay, with private parking space, free wifi, air conditioning.
    Nearby, walk around the lagoon 200m, port and centre of Marseillan 700m, tasting of oysters and local specialities, Mediterranean beaches a few minutes by bike or car.
    The place is simple, true, unpretentious... perfect for getting together and enjoying the charm of the region near the city of Sète, Pézenas, Agde.
    Many cycle paths around Marseillan await you, as well as traditional festivals, concerts, shows, fireworks, markets every Tuesday morning.
