séjour agréable malgrés quelques désagréments les premiers jours,sur la salle d'eau et la baie vitrée. appartement trés bien situé qui nécessite quelques renovations (literie , décoration et entretien). cuisine impécable. appartement trés fonctionnel. trés belle réactivité des services d'Era immo pour les réparations en question intérieur de coopropriété fermée et parking,trés bien accés à la mer et la plage trés bien cordialement serge et lucie guidetti

Très belle vue... Magnifique. Appartement à revoir par contre. La douche et la porte d'entrée sont à refaire très vite. Sinon l'emplacement est top.
