La Ciotat

Overall stay was wonderful. The only glitch we had was finding the property. The GPS located the address in the next driveway behind the property. Maryline was able to meet us and we drove around to get to the front of the real driveway to the property.

We werden opgehaald door een zeer vriendelijke dame. Korte rondleiding in de buurt en huis. Mooi huis en terras, Relatief netjes, er was gepoetst maar niet in detail ( vb schakelaars). Mooi zeezicht, fijn terras met ochtendzon doch steeds drukke weg voor de deur hoorbaar. In huis stilte. Leuk steenstrandje op wandelafstand, centrum met zandstranden op groot half uur stappen langs drukke weg. Busvervoer ter beschikking Aldi naast de deur. Bakker op 5 minuten stappen. Genoten van zon, zee en uitzicht. Fijne lieve eigenares die ons een terug rit naar het station aanbood.

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Die viel befahrene Straße war im Haus nicht zu hören und hat uns auch auf der Terrasse nicht gestört. Die Gegend bietet viele Ausflugsziele und die Strände in der Nähe bieten alles zwischen Steinen und feinem Sand. Maryline war eine hilfsbereite und dezente Gastgeberin.Wir fahren bestimmt nochmals dorthin.

Hébergement très bruyant

Nous sommes partis au bout d'une nuit alors que nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits. La maison est située au bord d'une route très passante en journée et soirée qui rend impossible l'ouverture des fenêtres ou l'usage de la terrasse. De plus, l'unique porte fenêtre de la pièce à vivre est fermée par une lourde grille que la propriétaire ne souhaite pas ouvrir "pour raisons de sécurité". Cette route n'est mentionnée sur aucun commentaire, ce qui m'a conduit à réserver ce logement. Cela m'étonne beaucoup.

Séjour parfait dans un cadre fantastique

Charmante petite maison typique du sud de la France, Maryline est une hôte très accueillante et surtout de très bon conseil, nous avons passé une extraordinaire semaine en famille dans un cadre exceptionnelle. Une immense terrasse pour profiter du climat agréable de La Ciotat avec un vue imprenable sur la mer, une place de parking privée et ombragée, la maison possède tout l'équipement nécessaire pour laver son linge, cuisiner, et surtout se rafraîchir avec la climatisation. Un rapport qualité prix defiant toute concurrence ! Merci à Maryline pour sa discrétion et ses excellents conseils !

Erwartungen nicht erfüllt

Aus der Beschreibung war nicht ersichtlich, dass die Wohnung 30 Minuten Fussmarsch vom Zentrum entfernt liegt.Wir waren mit ÖV und zu Fuss unterwegs. Der Weg zu den Busstationen und zum Bahnhof und auch ans Meer ist nicht fussgängergerecht. Er führt entlang befahrener Strassen, weitgehend ohne Trottoir. Der Bus fährt nicht sehr häufig. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der stark befahrenen Strasse, der Strassenlärm ist sehr störend. Der nahegelegene Steinstrand ist nicht einladend zum Baden. Die Wohnung ist geeignet für Familien auch mit Kindern. Die Aussicht hat einiges entschädigt.

Schöner Ausblick

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und gut erreichen! Der Ausblick ist wirklich genial, direkt am Ferienhaus ist jedoch eine viel befahrene Straße, welche das Sitzen auf der Terrasse etwas beeinträchtigt (Lärm). In 5 Minuten ist man am Meer (Steinstrand) und direkt daneben ist ein Supermarkt. Es ist etwas außerhalb von la Ciotat (Richtung Osten), zu Fuß braucht man ca. 45 Minuten in den Ortskern. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und umfangreich ausgestattet. Der einzige wirkliche Nachteil war, dass es nach einem starken Regenfall in der Küche mehrere Tage lang nach Abfluss gerochen hat. Da es bei uns nur einmal stark geregnet hat und es auch nach ca. 3 Tagen wieder weg war, war es für uns auszuhalten.
