About this property

Beautiful apartment with a terrace, 50 meters from Carro Beach

  • On the corniche along the beach of Carro, our new (from 2019) and modern apartment "Between sea and sun" of 71 m2 has a private parking space, a closed collective bike room and a covered collective motorcycle parking, free WiFi.

    Its large living room of more than 40 m2 facing south, extended by a beautiful terrace of 14 m2 on the garden side and still facing south, allow you to rest comfortably. The terrace has a dining table with chairs and two deckchairs to be able to fully enjoy the outdoors.
    The living area has a sofa and ottomans.
    The open kitchen with and the dining area with its table and chairs allow you to enjoy meals.

    On the night side, our accommodation has:
    - 1 bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people 160 cm wide,
    - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 cm wide, and 1 sofa bed 70 cm wide (convertible ottoman). A baby cot can be added (not provided) in this room.
    - 1 bathroom with bathtub,
    - separate toilets,
    - 1 washing machine and 1 dryer.

    The fish market is daily in the fishing port and the traditional market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
    Other shops are also nearby: bakery, mini-market, restaurants.

    The apartment and all its equipment are new (2020).

    Please note that the accommodation does not have a television or a cot. All the equipment present is indicated in the ad. Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking. Parties are not allowed.

    The accommodation has been classified as a 3* furnished tourist accommodation since December 2022.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für Familien / Logement très agréable pour les familles

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern 2 schöne Wochen am Mittelmeer verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnanlage ist abgeschlossen und sicher mit eigenem Parkplatz. Der Hafen und der kleine Strand (Plage de Carro) sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Schöner und größer ist der 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernte Plage du verdon. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Englisch) und die Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert. /////////////// Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines sur la mer Méditerranée avec nos 3 enfants. L'appartement était propre et très bien équipé. La copropriété est fermée et sécurisée avec sa propre place de parking. Le port et la petite plage (Plage de Carro) sont à proximité immédiate. Plus belle et plus grande est la Plage du verdon, à 10-15 minutes à pied. La communication avec le propriétaire (anglais) et la remise des clés n'ont pas été compliquées.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die besonders moderne und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage ist etwas ganz besonderes. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch den nächsten Urlaub dort wieder verbringen. Während wir am nahegelegenen Strand das blaue Meer genossen haben, stand unser PKW sicher auf dem Grundstück. Die netten Vermieter waren bei unserer Ankunftszeit flexibel und unkompliziert. Sie empfingen uns sehr freundlich und haben uns mit extra Strandtüchern und Einkaufs- bzw. Restauranttips bestens versorgt. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür!

Coup de cœur pour cette location

Très bel appartement neuf , bien aménagé avec parking privé. A deux encablures de la mer et des sentiers de randonnées de la côte bleue. Proximité de Marseille, de l'arrière pays Tout est parfait.... gentillesse des propriétaires. A signaler pour les fans de télé.... l'appartement n'en dispose pas...mais pour nous cela a été sans souci.... Nous y reviendrons sans réserve si l'occasion se présente.

Un appartement de qualité

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille fin juillet dans cet appartement. Il est très bien équipé, rien ne manque, il est décoré avec goût et très confortable. Idéalement situé à Carro, proche de la mer et des commerces, le site a gardé la typicité et l'authentisme des petits villages de la côte bleue. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons y séjourner.
