Agréable séjour en général

Il nous était très difficile de trouver l'hôtel car il manquait une enseigne lumineuse à l'entrée. D'autant plus qu'il est situé au fond d'une allée. La piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle et nous étions très déçus car c'était l'une des principales raisons de notre choix de cet hôtel. Mais nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous nous sentions à la maison Heureusement que nous avons apporté notre cuiseur de riz car il y avait seulement deux petites casseroles et un poêle. Nous sommes satisfaits juste avec un petit bémol que j'ai cité au début.

Séjour de 3 jours pour événement familial ; l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée était très satisfaisant au niveau installation mais la propreté n'était pas correcte : aurait mérité un bon lessivage. Le problème principal rencontré vient du bruit, avec soit une isolation insuffisante, soit des occupants de l'étage supérieur trop bruyant très tard dans la soirée (largement au-delà de minuit).

Week end en famille agréble

Apparthotel bon marché avec draps, serviettes et matériel de base fourni. Bien placé pour aller à Marseille en métro (à 10 minutes de la Rose) et pour rayonner (Cassis, La Ciotat). Chambre OK. Canapé lit pas très confortable. Acceuil bien organisé pour les arrivées tardive (code portail envoyé et clés dans un coffre...)

Jolie vue sur les colines environnantes

Séjour globalement agréable, un effort serait toutefois nécessaire pour améliorer la propreté des appartements à la remise des clefs. Le secteur est très calme et permet de profiter d'un joli cadre.

Hhôtel très calme, ideal pour le repos,

Idéal pour les familles grâce à la piscine, les eenfants sont toujours occupés! Bien situé loin du bruit et de la circulation et en même temps pas loin des belles régions à visiter(cassis, la ciota,..)et de la mel'u mistral, profiter de la chaleur de cette belle région : avis au bronzage!

Only if desperate (watch Kubrick’s 'The Shining’)

Firstly this is not a hotel, it is a block of apartments that make the Overlook Hotel in 'The Shining’ look like Gatsby’s mansion. Dreadful. This place is last chance saloon, 11th hour stuff. Only if you’re between a rock and hard place should you stay here. Talking of a hard place, the bed is the equivalent of sleeping on a row of industrial breeze blocks. Plan-de-Cuques is unassuming, and that’s being charitable. When I arrived at 12pm I was told my room wouldn’t be ready til 3, and was then told to make my way to the town centre to waste some time. To call this a one-horse town is equally charitable - even the horse has bolted by now. There are a ton of 2-star hotels in Marseille town centre (new the Old Port) which are better value and have a bar, internet access, 24 hour reception (the bare essentials) Don’t do it it, unless you like wierd creepy stuff.

STAY AWAY

Hotel took no responsibility to deal with a multi-day noisy party of men drinking, cooking and playing loud music until after midnight. No night time security was available. The night operator just told us to call the police and the phone didn't work work in the room. Apartment was very dirty and it looked like someone had urinated on the mirror in the bathroom. Yuck!

Holiday stop over one night

If prison was a choice I'd have gone for that option, the rooms were very poor with toilet facilities equally as bad. Surrounding area dodgy not one if my better choices and charging far to much for the accommodation recieved.

Les points positifs : -parking privee -hôtel calme -appartement de taille correct -grande terrasse -contient de nombreux appareils électroménagers -personnels sympathique -piscine Les points négatifs : -pas de climatisation -une fenêtre n'a pas de volets -appartement mal entretenu (placard cassé, pomme de douche cassé) -appartement sale -tv trop petite -une prise rj45 pour internet mal placé et aucune possibilité de poser le PC à côté (assis par terre avec le PC sur les genoux c'est pas terrible)

Ottima per la vacanza in faiglia

Direi che è il posto giusto per chi viaggia con bambini , l' appartamento è abbastanza spazioso per 4 persone , l' angolo cucina è carino e molto efficiente . Parcheggio privato all' interno con possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina vicina all' appartamento . La zona residenziale , molto tranquilla , lontana dal caos della città anche se non è tanto distante . L' unica cosa negativa era vedere le spazzature buttate magari dai vicini fuori della casetta adibita alle spazzature e poi il macello che ho trovato dentro questa casetta .

Confort Calme Propreté

Super endroit, confortable, tres calme et tres propre. Le personnel de l'hotel sont tres sympahique. Pas tres loin du centre de marseille, 10-15 minutes en voiture.

Personelle tres acceuillant appartement impecable tout equipe les environs sont tres jolie seul point noir les horaires de piscine qui ferme a 18h le weekend mais a par sa sejour parfait
