Nous constatons à l'arrivée que l'on a changé notre location pour un appartement qui a une chambre de moins; et ceci sans nous prévenir à l'avance. Un membre de la famille a ete contraint de dormir sur le canapé dans le salon sans climatiseur. La proprio et VRBO se renvoient la balle dans la communication. VRBO me propose alors de me relocaliser mais évidemment, on ne trouve rien qui correspond sur le champ et nous sommes contraint de rester. En général, l'appartement était sale et manquait d'amour et d'équipement.

L’appartement réceptionné n’avait rien à voir avec celui réservé: 3 chambres au lieu de 4, pas de chauffage, en travaux etc…..Donc refusé. Un 24 décembre!
