  • This villa features a 150 m² surface area, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, capacity 4, living room with exposed beams and a large fireplace, 2 bathrooms, 1 with toilet, the other with separate toilet, an equipped open-plan kitchen, a barbecue, and a large terrace. It also features a 4000 m² garden with olive trees and oaks. It is south facing with an infinity swimming pool of 8 x 4 m overlooking the garden with a sea view. There is a car park for 5 cars. Wi-Fi, sun loungers, and garden furniture are included. Children and pets are welcome. There is a scooter available. French and English are spoken. Automatic watering system is available. This recently renovated villa has a backyard and a fireplace.

Marvelous Place

We spent a wonderful week at Pierre's villa in La Ciotat. The house is perfectly equipped and is located in a very quiet area. Terrace, pool and sea view are magnificent. Many thanks to Anais and Pierre, we would love to come back!

Perfect as usual

Pierres Villa is very beautifull and the communication, check-in and check-out was very easy. We enjoyed the time in LaCiotat and it was our third stay in his house,as perfect as the last stays and for sure not our last stay in his villa. We are looking forward to come back next summer.

Lovely stay at the Côte d’ Azur

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Everything perfect. Stunning view, enormous garden, fully fenced and walled for our dog. Homely and very tastefully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen and good communication with the owner in Paris and his local agent. Hope to come back another time. What a view!

Interesting car ride up to property narrow but beautiful stone work fences . Your first steps on the property you are wowed by the beautiful patio pool and view . If you like a firm bed you will be happy . At times the septic smell was noticeable Kitchen was well equipped as was the rest of the house .. Pierre the owner was fast to reply to my messages before our journey with a welcome call to answer any concerns. He had a binder full of suggestions and guidance to enjoy our holiday . I would strongly suggest this property and hope you make as many wonderful memories as we did Thanks Pierre for sharing your lovely home .

This house offers a breathtaking view, a beautiful pool and and all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay. We had a lot of fun and even managed the long steep walk to the boulangerie each morning for bread and croissants. A perfect holiday.

We had a wonderful stay in La Ciotat. The photos do not do justice to the house or the view. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. Some things that may be important to know for some: (1) the drive from the town to La Ciotat is up a narrow winding road; (2) The main downstairs bedroom has a shower en suite but shares a toilet with the 2nd bedroom; (3) the upstairs bedroom has the toilet and shower in the bedroom itself. These issues were all fine for us, but might be important to others. Overall an absolutely fantastic house.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten haben unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Für die Schlüsselübergabe und das Check in wurden wir von Anais überaus freundlich empfangen. Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Das Haus ist toll am Hang gelegen. Es bietet zwar Platz für 8 Personen ist aber optimal für 6 Erwachsene. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist einfach nur wow. Auch wenn die Wassertemperaturen auf Grund der Witterung im Herbst eher frisch waren, nutzten wir die Gelegenheit für letzten Schwimmversuche in diesem Sommer. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt für uns und unsere Freunde. Pierre, vielen Dank, dass wir Gast sein durften in dieser tollen Location. Merci

PURE RELAX

Hervorragend ausgerüstete und originell eingerichtete Provence-Villa in erhöhter Lage ob La Ciotat. Zufahrt etwas abenteuerlich, PW erforderlich. Sensationeller Infinity-Pool, bestens gepflegt und unterhalten, mit Sicht aufs Meer. Riesiger Umschwung, mit vielen schönen südländischen Pflanzen (automatische Bewässerung). Wunderschöne grosse Terrasse, tolle Sonnensegel, enorm viel Platz bis zum Pool. Top eingerichtete Küche mit allem, was man benötigt. Sehr origineller Schlafteil im zweistöckigen Bau mit 4 Doppelschlafzimmern. Perfekter Empfang durch Anais, ebenso Abgabe des Hauses. Pierre, Besitzer, meldet sich mehrmals, ob alles gut verläuft. Die Betreuung ist wirklich erstklassig. Wir haben in unserer Woche viele Häuser und Villen in näherer Umgebung von aussen angeschaut. Pierres Villa ist die beste und sein Pool der gepflegteste mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wir 4 inkl. Hund wären gerne länger geblieben, Juni 2024 Sandra/Ines/Daniel/Rolf und Hündin Julie

Tolle Aussicht

Die Villa liegt wunderschön an einem Hang von La Ciotat. Der Blick auf die Bucht begeistert jeden Tag aufs Neue. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt. Für uns war immer jemand erreichbar und konnte bei Problemen helfen.
