Better than expected.
The "hotel" was in a clinic(?), away from commercial places. But it was public transit (Metro 1 and Bus 12) accessible with OK signage. I waited 30 minutes for front desk to open. After that, it was great: very spacious room with kitchenettes. (A continuous hum from bathroom though.) On my departure, the co-managers themselves complimented my French (!) and pulled my 2 roller bags to downstairs.

No front desk service after 7pm week dsys and entire weekend. Someone randomly locked my door at midnight, but there's no CCTV on hallways, so I didn't feel safe.

Average, good for short stay
Don’t arrive on Weekends as checking in can be tricky as there may be no one in reception. Area is quiet and served by a tram.Reception are helpful and there’s washing machine and dryer. Could do with bit more cleanliness and a paint job in apartment I was in.

It's good budget hotel. Little remote from the public transport. I requested for a double bed but got 2 twin beds connected together, did not like it at all. Called several times but no help desk during weekends or after hours. Otherwise cleaning was good and room was specious.

The air conditioner didn’t work, so we opened the window. We were inundated with mosquitos! So we shut the window and baked all night. Terrible, the worst place we’ve stayed in.

Super cheap appart hôtel to use for one night only
I made a reservation for one night only. The appart hotel is located behind a medical unit. There is no people in the lobby at the entrance and door seems to be open all night. So I would be a bit concerned about the safety if I had to stay longer and leave my personal belongings inside. I have not met a single person during my stay as I was given instruction to take my keys in a safe (with keys for other people too). I tried to contact multiple times the phone number that they provided for emergence and i was never Able to reach someone. The room is really average (ok for this price) with a bed comfort that make my night uncomfortable. The kitchen area is super cheap and not adequate for a long stay. I left the place by leaving the key in a mailbox without seeing anybody during my whole stay. I have stayed in place as cheap before and had better impressions. Not value for money but a last minute solution if you have nowhere to go.

La chambre était correcte bon rapport qualité/prix. Cependant le bruit des trains étaient en effet assez désagréable mais le manque de volets/rideaux au fenêtres l’étaient encore plus, la lumière rentrait comme en pleine journée à 6h30 du matin … il faudrait revoir c’est partie.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
J'ai choisi cet établissement car son prix est très correct et pas très loin de la Timone où j'avais quelques RDV. Le personnel est très accueillant, tout est propre et pratique. Il a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, la salle de bain... Tout est fait pour éviter des tracas en plus des nôtres. Le lieu est calme et je n'ai jamais eu de problème à me garer le soir. Bravo à toute l'équipe. Comme je dois régulièrement retrouver à la Timone je retournerai sans hésiter à cette résidence.

Emplacement de l'hôtel : pour ceux qui ne connaissent vraiment pas la ville et qui viennent pour des vacances dépaysante et pour qui le cadre exterieur est important: je deconseille parce que l hotel a proximite ( pour pas dire est une aile ) d une clinique privee pour personnes âgées. Donc en face vous avez des chambres de malade et personnels soignants et ambulance. Le tout situé dans une zone "désertique " et en face du plus grand cimetiere de la ville et une agence de pompe funèbre a la sortie du terrain ce qui peut etre plus que perturbant qd on vient pour des vacances ! .... Pour ceux dont le cadre n a pas plus d interet que cela : une chambre spacieuse, espace toilette/douche spacieux , espace de rangement a suspendre, kitchennette sufisante avec vaiselle minimum adaptée, table de repas et tv+ventilateur. Est founit le produit pour faire la vaiselle +necessairre ménages.....tres bien pour du court et moyen séjour. Personnel agréable. Bel accueil. Donne toutes les explications

Generally it was a nice stay. The staff was friendly and our room was clean and even before our check-in time available. But the residence is just too far away from the Marseille city center. From the vieux port you travel by tram for about 10 minutes and then walk for 20 additional minutes from the tram stop to the residence, which is very secluded. A positive factor from the fact that it was secluded: it was very quiet around the hotel. Plus because it is far away from the city center the hotel is fairly low priced.

Appartement tres mal situé mitoyen d une clinique à proximité des pompes funebres et du cimetiere tres gai comme situation dans un quartier pourri .seul point positif l amabilité de l a ccueil et la qualité de l Appartement. Troisième reservation dans ce type d Appartement. Ensuite pas de climatisation et bruit de musique jusqu'à 2 heures du matin.courage fuyons.

Edificio en malas condiciones, mala combinación,alejado de la civilización y se encuentra en una zona peligrosa. Asenás, el personal de recepción muy desagradable, para dejar las maletas en consigna no nos las quisieron identificar, sino que las mezclaban con otras sin nombre en el cuarto de limpieza...horrible,no lo recomendaría para nada, de hecho tuvimos que pagar otra estancia porque ese local se caia la pintura y las contras
