- Villa composed of an apartment on the ground floor and another upstairs, occupied by the owner. The rental offer only concerns the apartment on the ground floor. Only you will have the enjoyment of the pine forest behind the house with living room and summer kitchen out of sight.
House under the pines located 5 minutes walk from the beach. Garden / pine forest of 1000 m2.
Soft path nearby to get to the city center, 10 minutes on foot.
Garden level that can accommodate 5 to 6 people: bedroom 1 (1 double bed +1 single bed) bedroom 2 (1 double bed) + possibility of 1 additional sleeping couch in the living room. Equipped kitchen.
