  • In a lush setting, the "BALI" cottage with an area of 50m2, will welcome you with its large private terrace of 50m² with outdoor lounge, deckchairs, hanging chair, plancha. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

    It offers a view of the Cuges-les-Pins valley with its PRIVATE SPA IN OPERATION ALL YEAR ROUND.

    Secure private parking with independent access to the cottage. PGJyPg
    Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, air conditioning and heating included. Wifi.

    The cottage is composed of:
    - a living room / kitchen with lounge area (sofa bed 140x190cm giving the possibility of 2 additional beds). The living room opens directly via two large bay windows onto the private terrace.
    - 127cm connected flat screen TV / bluethooth speaker
    - dining area (with a table and 4 chairs)
    - a FULLY EQUIPPED open kitchen (2-burner induction hob, microwave, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, small refrigerator and NESPRESSO pod coffee maker)
    - a bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm with direct access to the terrace
    - a bathroom bathroom with a large walk-in shower 80x200cm and heated towel rail, stone basin and a separate toilet
    - washing machine and vacuum cleaner

    The cottage "BALI" is located on the first floor and is adjoining the cottage "BORD DE MER" and the owners who live above. It is very well insulated and not overlooked.
