a dated and small property, described as three bedroom but in reality a two bedroom

Old, in need of updating, bathroom light was on exposed wiring, third bed was also the couch, no dining area, a small kitchen, no ventilation. Owner lives about 20 metres away. Loved Cassis and would happily go there again but not to this property, not sure how it can be described as a villa

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, obwohl das Ortszentrum gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Die Vermieter waren sehr entgegenkommend.

In den Weinbergen von Cassis

Das Haus liegt ruhig und verkehrsgünstig im rückwärtigen Teil von Cassis. Zu Fuß 20min bis zum Hafen. Allerdings sind die Zufahrtswege so eng, daß nur jew. 1 Auto hindurchpaßt - keine Bürgersteige (nachts Taschenlampe mitnehmen). Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan, ist jedoch zurückhaltend. Die Beschreibung klingt übertrieben: charmant ja, Villa nein eher kleines Haus. 3 SZ ist ebenfalls übertrieben: 1 DZ, 1 EZ (sehr klein, nur für Kind) sowie ein Doppelbett im Wohnzimmer. Die Belegung mit 2Personen plus Kind scheint angemessen - 5P wohl nur im Notfall. Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort, Dienstags Unwetter, danach kein WLAN mehr für den Rest der Woche. Freitagmorgen ab 7:30Uhr Gärtner mit Kiesarbeiten und Motortrimmern auf dem Grundstück. Mit Ausnahme dieser beiden Unannehmlichkeiten hatten wir eine tolle Woche und konnten von dort Einiges unternehmen. Cassis ist von der Lage und vom Flair her einmalig und die Calanques liegen direkt nebenan. Wer Wert auf Umgebung und Aktivitäten legt ist sicher richtig, wer Wert auf Luxus beim Wohnen legt, sollte nicht zu viel erwarten. Das Haus ist einfach, charmant, gemütlich und praktisch.

kleines charmantes Haus in wunderschöner Lage

mitten in Weinberge,in ruhiger Lage mit großem Garten liegt dieses ältere Häuschen,typisch französische Einrichtung ,Küche mit allen Geräten und Utensilien ausgestattet ! Waschmaschine befindet sich am Haus des Vermieters , das ca 25 Meter daneben steht.Sehr schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus, in den Ort sind es zu Fuß gut 20 Minuten, zu den Calanques empfiehlt es sich rechtzeitig einen Parkplatz zu suchen und von da aus zu wandern. Der Vermieter war freundlich und diskret. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind mitzubringen, die Endreinigung muss man selbst machen. Das erklärt auch das die Wohnung anscheinend nur oberflächlich geputzt war, da ja jeder Urlaubsgast pünktlich abreisen will.Mein Vorschlag wäre , nach jedem Gast das Haus professionell reinigen zu lassen, dafür zahle ich gerne Extra. Das ist der einzige Grund für 4 anstatt 5 Sterne! Davon abgesehen können wir das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Idyllisches Feriendomizil am Rand von Cassis im Weinberg

Das Haus ist urig und sehr gemütlich. Klasse sind die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten rund ums Haus. Passend für jeden Sonnenstand. Dazu kommt ein wunderschöner Blick auf die Weinberge und die umliegende Landschaft. Für alle die Natur lieben genau richtig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben den Aufenthalt als Familie rundum genossen! Vielen Dank!

wunderschöner Ort, natur- und stadtnah, ruhig und gut ausgestattet

Das charmante Häuschen liegt wunderbar gelegen und ist Sonnendurchflutet. Der schöne Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und die Kinder haben viel Platz um sich auszutoben, herumzustreunen und die Natur zu geniessen. Das Haus ist funktional gut ausgestattet. Ich habe erst spät kombiniert dass einer der drei Schlafräume auch das Wohn- und Esszimmer sind. Mit unseren Kindern (9,6 und 2) ging das gut, und auch weil wir hauptsächlich draussen Essen konnten und somit das Wohnzimmer gar nicht benötigt wurde. Wir waren sehr zufrieden nur die Küche hätte sauberer geputzt werden sollen. Da waren überall Spuren des Vorgängers. Dafür war der Besitzer unkompliziert. Wir hatten übersehen, dass man Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen muss. Es gab vor Ort sofort eine Lösung die uns nicht mal extra verrechnet wurde. Sympathisch und zum Wiederkommen!

Typisch französisch

Mitten in den Weinfeldern, gleich hinter der Ortschaft Cassis liegt das große Grundstück mit Garten und dem bezaubernden Häuschen. Von hier sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Ortskern und an den dortigen Strand. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell all die anderen schönen Plätze von denen die Cote de Provence so viele zu bieten hat. Das Haus ist im typischen Stil der Umgebung gehalten und man fühlt sich schnell heimisch. Es gibt Wlan, eine Spühlmaschine und alles an Werkzeug was man zum Kochen benötigt. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Wer Aircondition oder ähnlichen Schnick Schnack braucht, ist hier falsch. Wer es einfach und typisch französisch mag, wird es lieben. Ein tolles einfaches Haus mit sehr viel Charakter.

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach super. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hat nur 1,5 Km zu Strand. Der Besitzer der gleich nebenan wohnt war sehr zurückhaltend was warscheinlich auf die Sprachbariere zurückzuschliessen ist. Was uns einwenig gefehlt hat waren die Informationen war alles in Cassis und rundum zusehen oder zu endecken ist. Wir bekamen z. B. nur wage beschreibung wo es Supermärkte gibt was für eine Familie mit ganz kleinen Kindern doch joch sehr relevant wäre. Doch wem dies alles nicht stört, der ist dort socher Goldrichtig!

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette sympathique maison typique du sud. Un petit hic au niveau de la maison des propriétaire qui se situe à 4 mètres de la location et qui n'était pas signalé dans l'annonce, cela dit, il n'y a eu aucun problème de coahabitation avec les propriétaires qui étaient très gentils. Pour ce qui est de la 3 eme chambre effectivement elle se situe dans le salon, mais en été aucun problème , nous vivions dehors. Attention , l'eau de la douche (et de la cuisine) et Brûlante!!!!!!!! Merveilleux séjour à cassis. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir, propriété superbe. Superbe endroit ! Bref , séjour parfait !

Idyll für Familie

Das idyllisch und sehr ruhig gelegene romantische Häuschen bot uns ein herrliches Nest zum Mehrgenerationentreff. Man findet in dem und um das toll ausgestattete Haus überall Plätzchen zum Beisammensitzen, man kann sich in dem großen Garten und Terrassenbereichen aber auch prima zurückziehen. Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die City und Naturschutzgebiete sind mit Auto rasch zu erreichen.

Jolie maison dans les vignes, agréablement située dans un bel espace de verdure, au calme, loin des grandes artères. Maison simple et conviviale avec une jolie bibliothèque bien fournie pour les jours de pluie! Les pièces d'habitation sont correctes mais un peu plus de propreté au niveau des sanitaires (surtout wc) aurait été apprécié. Le propriétaire est discret et disponible si besoin. Le village de Cassis est atteignable à pied en vingt minutes car il est difficile de s'y garer. Bon point de départ pour visiter les alentours et faire des randonnées dans les calanques. Comme c'était le mois de septembre, il n'y avait pas trop de monde et nous avons bien profité des petites plages de cette belle région. Les restaurants de Cassis sont très bons et nous avons apprécié l'ambiance décontractée des gens.

Mon mari et moi remercions à nos hotes pour la chaleureuse hospitalité dont nous pouvions profiter pendant notre séjour de 7 nuits. C'ètait in petit paradis, trés calme et reposant. La cuisine était très bien equipée. On était deux personnes, donc beaucoup de place pour nous. Pour aller en ville il vaut mieux amener des bicyclettes, car le parking á Cassis peut etre difficile. Location bien située au milieu des vignes et tres calme pour profiter d'un bon repos.L' ensemble est convivial et le matériel n'est pas toujours de la première jeunesse mais cela conseve un caractère familial assez agréable.. Des livres sont à disposition. Le propriétaire est discret et conciliant. Tres bon endroit pour des vacances en famille. Un petit bémol il n'y a que 2 véritables chambres dont une avec un lit une personne.L'autre lit 2 personnes est dans la pièce à vivre ce qui peut peut-être être dérangeant si l'on vient à 4ou 5 adultes par exemple.
