The studio can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children maximum.
Completely new, it has an upstairs bedroom with shower room and toilet. On the ground floor, you will find an equipped kitchen, a television and a sofa bed.
You benefit from an outdoor space with table and chairs to have lunch in the shade of the plane tree.
Parking is easy and secure in our property.
All amenities are close within a few minutes by car, as well as motorway access.
Aix, Marseille and Cassis are about 20 minutes away by car.
The place is however very quiet, as it is located in the countryside.
5 minutes from Aubagne, at the foot of the Garlaban, in the country of Marcel Pagnol, ideal spot for hiking, outdoor activities, mountain biking.
