It includes a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms (1 queen-size bed 160×200, 1 double bed 140×190), a bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet.
The living room opens onto a spacious south-facing terrace with breathtaking views of the Calanques massif, ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing.

The flat has air conditioning, so you can keep the living room and bedrooms cool by leaving the doors open. Fibre optics, peaceful surroundings.

The flat is located in the La Madrague de Montredon district, in Marseille's 8th arrondissement, between the sea and the Calanques National Park.

Public transport :
- From Saint-Charles station:
Take the M2 metro (direction Sainte-Marguerite Dromel) from Saint-Charles to Castellane.
Then take bus 19 (direction Madrague de Montredon). This bus provides a direct service to La Madrague in around 30 minutes, with a departure every 7 to 20 minutes depending on the timetable.
- Parking :
On-street parking is free in this residential area, but not private.
- Marseille-Provence airport:
There is a shuttle bus service to Saint-Charles station. However, we recommend using a taxi or VTC/uber for greater comfort.
