The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small and dark. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. The pool area was nice but I’m not sure the pool was heated as it was quite cold. Location wasn’t great as there’s quite a slope from the village. Didn’t feel the hotel was good value for money.

Very welcoming and helpful staff on reception - made excellent restaurant recommendations. Poolside area and other outdoor seating very pleasant and restful. Room was quite small, but the brilliant air-conditioning made it a super retreat from the heat of the day. Hotel is walking distance from the town centre and port, but the hill is steep. Fine going down; quite tough coming back up.

Simple, clean, adequate
Extremely clean with regular servicing. Beware a very deep pool with no shallow end. Jacuzzi and sauna separate and difficult to access. Room simple but adequate, only one cane chair. Reception OK but multi-tasking meant frequent waits. Requested checkout evening before as early train. Told this ‘did not fit the system’ but glad we insisted as the high gates were locked when we left at 6 am. It took some time to raise staff to let us out as no one at Reception.

Beautiful place to stay, staff very friendly. We ordered 2 glasses of wine and was charged for the whole bottle when we checked out so we took the remainder with us. Beware of purchasing wine on site!

I booked it through Expedia and there was an issue that there was only one of the two rooms requested that was actually booked. Luckily it was resolved without any issue with the friendly help of the staff.

Lovely small hotel with a great pool and helpful reception with a lovely welcome. I would definitely stay again should I return to Cassis. The flamingos in the pool were a cute touch.

Lovely hotel just outside the town ( 10 mins walk) to centre. Excellent helpful friendly staff (michaela). Superb breakfast. Pool area very relaxed and quiet but it is the end of October.

This was definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!
Room was shabby for the price! I paid 253 euros which is approx $375 CAD for 1 night! The safe didn't work. I was told they could fix it in the morning which was useless to me. I asked for extra pillows. The guy on night shift didnt have a key to the extra linens. The door was not properly reinforced. It looked like it had been forced open previously. Save your money for a nicer place in Cassis!

Great hotel in a good location. Easy to walk to the port and there is onsite parking! The pool was fantastic, the hotel staff was very friendly, and the bar/restaurant was always open. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would come back!

What place to stay ! The swimming pool is fabulous and the hotel well located - only 10 mins walk to the main street. The kindness of the staff makes it an even great choice to stay in Cassis - Especially the lovely receptionist Corinne, who is simply exceptional !

Staff were very friendly. Pool is lovely. Position is a bit of a climb from the quay. Room was modest, with no kettle and a disappointing bathroom. My two French colleagues were upgraded FOC and had much nicer rooms.

Lovely garden hotel.
Welome and reception was wonderful - very friendly and professional. Room was small although beautifully renovated & maintained. Note, no kettle or tea/coffee facilities inroom. Lovely garen surrounded hotel and throughout common grounds. Common grounds included well maintained pool, comfortable casual seating area, indoor & outdoor dining areas. Hotel location walking distance to town, although steep uphill walk back to hotel. Would recommend.

The hotel staff could be more friendly and helpful. They weren't really accommodating or responsive when we asked for information. We had to be proactive and ask. If you have a car, it is difficult to find - they said the GPS doesn't really help which isn't helpful if you're arriving by car. The hotel is quite large so if you think this is a charming little hotel, it's not. The pool is lovely but it is quite dangerous as the chairs are literally right at the edge of the pool making it near impossible to walk around. Our room was fine - modern but the fact they didn't have breakfast included (and what they charged was overpriced) was a big negative.

Lovely hotel with beautiful pool and garden and helpful staff. Not a large hotel. Very peaceful. A short walk into Cassis but longer walk back (some people might find the walk back steep / hard going). Would definitely choose to stay there again for a relaxing holiday in a lovely Provencale location near beautiful Cassis and parc nationale des calanques. We didn't eat there so can't comment on that.

It was lovely to stay there for the 3rd time. The only improvement I would say is about friendliness ( not all staff were friendly) and lack of communications. I contacted the hotel twice before coming and they never acknowledge my emails. I found that very unprofessional.

Of all the places we stayed in during our quick trip down in the French Riviera...this hotel was our FAVORITE. We love the community of Cassis. This hotel was super cute! We wished we could have gotten there before the hot tub had closed (super cute)... both clerks, night & morning were super friendly! We walked about 20 min down to the town to eat.. the latest restaurant (La Stazione) had great food, but not the best service. We spent some time down in Cassis the next morning & loved the vibe there. Wi-Fi was great at the hotel. Parking. CUTE place, lots of character!

Stay was great the hotel is nice and clean and tidy. Wifi did not work in the room only the breakfast area. The breakfast was good. Parking was either at front of hotel or at rear. Price was higher than expected as price given was per day not for the full stay. Would not rate as good value for money.

Wifi hardly worked and not in the rooms. Room was poorly laid out. We rearranged the furniture to be able to open the wardrobe. Parking was cramped, not enough spaces when full.

3 Star Hotel in Cassis
We stayed for 4 nights. The room was very basis for the price with hardly any storage space which meant most of our clothes had to stay in the our cases. The room was however very clean and the beds comfortable.The hotel is on the outskirts of Cassis and close to a main road but the hotel was very quite. The walk into Cassis takes about 15 minutes and its all down hill coming back however is not easy as the hills are quite steep. We are senior citizens and quite fit but we only tempted the walk once we then took the rental car down the rest of the time. With parking being quite expensive this added and additional cost that we did not appreciate. The only other thing we find odd was the grassed areas were artificial plastic grass.

Sorry, cannot recommend.
I feel bad about this, but I have to say that we would never stay in this hotel again. First, the location is not good. There is a lot of noise--trucks and construction. We had a car, but had to walk into town and take a taxi back, as the parking in town is limited. But the key system alone is enough to discourage us from returning. Everyone we saw had difficulty with this, with one couple almost missing their dinner reservation, having to wait until the busy clerk had time to assist them. Breakfast was good, but quite expensive.

Nice hotel out of the crush of central Cassis
If you're willing to walk to the village center, 20 min and hilly, this is the place! Easy to find with secure parking on site. It was quiet with friendly and helpful staff who speak english. Good value breakfast on site and although we didn't use it a very inviting pool.
