This property is offered exclusively under a ‘mobility tenancy’ – a furnished tenancy agreement lasting between 1 and 10 months – reserved for people in a situation of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placements, professional assignments or transfers, etc.). Signing the tenancy agreement is mandatory in order to gain access to the property.
Once you have made your booking, you will be asked to provide the following documents to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for mobility, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed).
Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents. If the tenancy agreement is not signed and the required supporting documents are not provided, access to the property cannot be granted.

Layout of the flat:
The flat is situated on the 2nd floor of an iconic building in the Vieux Port. You’ll be charmed by its generous space, its numerous bedrooms (4) and the overall layout, which make it a very pleasant place to live. You’ll enter the main living area, which features a beautiful open-plan kitchen, a large dining table for meals with family or friends, a lounge with a bookcase, and a terrace with sea views.
To the right as you enter is a double bedroom leading onto a loggia. The second door on the right leads to another double bedroom, which shares a shower room with the third bedroom on the right, which has two single beds. The master bedroom is located on the left and features a king-size bed (180x200) and an en-suite shower room.
In total, the flat sleeps 8 / has 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds) and 3 shower rooms.
