A spacious, bright, and unique duplex with a small, long balcony on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a small, family-friendly condominium in the heart of the Panier area. <br>Renovated and tastefully decorated, brought to life by the vibrant artwork of a talented artist from Marseille.<br>With two bedrooms, each featuring its own bathroom and separate toilet, it’s the perfect place for a family getaway or for two couples of friends.<br><br>The accommodation:<br>Sleeping arrangements: 1 bedroom on the top floor, with a large bathtub, a 160 cm double bed, a large sink, and a separate toilet.<br><br><br>One bedroom on the floor below, with a large shower, a 160 cm double bed, a large sink, and a separate toilet.<br><br>We provide:<br>- white percale sheets<br>- thick, soft towels<br><br>Apartment amenities<br>- Nespresso coffee machine<br>- a hair dryer<br>- an iron and ironing board<br>- There is no air conditioning, but there is a large fan in every room<br><br>Location<br>The duplex is located on a pedestrian street in the beautiful and traditional Panier area, which inspired the hit TV series “Plus belle la vie.”<br><br>Fun fact: we’ve already been contacted about filming in this apartment :-)<br>You’ll be ideally located and close to everything Marseille has to offer:<br>- 5-minute walk from the La Major Cathedral<br>- 10-minute walk from the Old Port<br>- 10-minute walk from the MUCEM - 35-minute walk to Notre-Dame de la Garde (but it’s a steep climb!!)<br>- Just a few minutes’ walk from several restaurants and bars<br>- Close to several supermarkets<br>And a 20-minute walk from Saint-Charles Station and 10 minutes from the Joliette (L2) and Vieux Port (L1) metro stations, as well as the tram and several bus lines!<br><br>Parking<br>Since the area is entirely pedestrian-only, there is no parking available in front of the apartment, but there are several secure, paid car parks nearby:<br>- Indigo République Parking: 7-minute walk<br>- Indigo Vieux Port MUCEM Parking: 7-minute walk<br>- Q-Park Vieux Port Hôtel de Ville Parking: 8-minute walk<br><br>Check-in and check-out times<br>Check-in: from 4:00 PM<br>Check-out: at 11:00 AM<br>Arriving earlier or checking out later is possible upon request, but this incurs additional fees because it requires us to adjust our cleaning schedule and hire an extra person to assist us.<br><br>Your luggage<br>We are unable to store your luggage before check-in or at check-out.<br><br>Please note: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a small, well-maintained family-run condominium<br><br>Guest access<br>You have exclusive access to the entire apartment.
