  • Superb house in the heart of the mythical district of Roucas Blanc all amenities and local shops are within walking distance, close to the village of the Olympics. On foot: 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Notre Dame de la Garde, 20 minutes from the city centre. The house offers 280m² of spacious and voluminous surface. It offers 5 bedrooms, distributed as follows:
    1 master suite with shower bathroom and 160cm bed / 1 master suite with shower + bath, 160 cm bed / 1 family bedroom with shower bathroom, 1 160cm bed and a 140 cm bed (separated into two communicating rooms) / 1 suite with bath, 140 cm bed. The living room has a surface area of 120m². The whole house is air-conditioned. The exterior is planted with bamboo, palm trees and olive trees, offers a 5 x 5 metre swimming pool, a petanque court, 1 ping-pong table, a barbecue, also available a gym and 1 beautiful patio.
    You can park in the house 3 /4 vehicles depending on the size.
    We offer bed linen and towel rental at an additional cost. (25€/double bed)
    Cleaning is charged at 350 euros.
