    Apartment T3, 60 m2, air conditioning, sea view, 50m from the beach of the capuchins, close to all amenities and restaurants, 1 space of covered parking guarded nearby in an Indigo car park.

    Renovated, in a modern Scandinavian style with exposed beams and parquet flooring, bay window with sea view of 5m giving a beautiful luminosity. Crossing with terrace in a quiet area without vis-à-vis. A lot of character.

    It is composed of 2 bedrooms with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, wifi box8 SFR,
    a dining room with sea view! kitchen equipped with dishwasher, filter coffee machine and senseo machine
    bathroom wc with washing machine and terrace of 10m2 in a quiet area without vis-à-vis.
    It is on the first and last floor of a small townhouse.

    Ideally located, you have all the amenities for a relaxing stay on foot. Close to a bowling green, a beach volleyball court but also many restaurants and snacks, not to mention the beautiful beach of the Capucins. The city centre is 500m away. You can spend your stay without touching your car if you wish!PGJyPgPGJyPg
    Les gros +++: ¤ You are 2.1 km from the creeks of Mugel and Figuerolles. Less known than those in Marseille but absolutely magnificent and with pebble beaches! Go and have a look on the internet.
    ¤ A parking space is reserved for you and included in the price, in a private indigo car park 300m away (the area around the apartment and all the beaches being heavily charged!)
