"Our initial room had mold all around the air conditioning vents - we called down to let them know and they immediately offered to change our room and upgrade us. The new upgraded room was gorgeous and had a great balcony and no mold!"

"A fantastic hotel - air conditioned throughout which was a relief. The rooms were spotless and the view of the bay was magnificent. Beautifully decorated really comfortable with a central position in the busy Vieux-Port district. I would definitely return to this hotel if travelling to Marseille again."

"Centrally situated in Vieux Port with easy access to shops and restaurants. The Marina is in easy walking distance with many choices for entertainment and dining. The staff in the hotel were very helpful which help my wife and I have a wonderful stay In Marseille."

"The hotel has a good location being very close to the station. It was an interesting walk into town but Marseilles has some different sights and smells. The lift kept breaking down and we were never sure when we would have to use the stairs to the seventh floor. The hotel had a good air conditioning system and was quiet."

"Good Restaurant and Bar facilities. Excellent option for an overnight stay prior to an early flight. Breakfast although it was good the service of the omelette station was slow. Seems the chef was hustling between the station and back kitchen."

"As a solo traveller I look want a safe, friendly, comfortable, clean room and I found this little no thrills hotel ticked all those boxes. It was incredibly economical and was right in the middle of the action of the old port within walking distance of everything and connected well by public transport. Safe neighbourhood with lots of eateries, places to visit. The staff were very friendly and polite and willing to help anytime. The only negative was that breakfast was not available but to be honest there were tons of really great cafes within walking distance . The air conditioner was not the best but its central air so bring a small portable bedside fan if you wish. Room quiet at night despite busy outside. Very comfortable bed and nice separate bathroom . The wall socket did not work in my room that was the only real bummer."
