T2/3 "Lavande" in a charming Provencal villa

The classification "Furnished tourist accommodation 3 *" guarantees you a guarantee of the quality of my accommodation, awarded by the organization "Atout France", the same organization which manages the classification of hotels in France.

The villa "ROCAILLE" includes 250M2 of living space on 1000M2. It is divided into 4 apartments, 1 rented for the year and 3 for seasonal rental, ie 16 beds available
It is surrounded by a Mediterranean style garden with notably pines, succulents, cacti; enclosed garden, fully secure.
It is a typical Provencal house, with stone walls-exposed beams-lime facade and careful decoration.
Each apartment is independent with its own entrance and a private outdoor area.
The distribution of the whole will allow you to spend a holiday in complete privacy, but also if you wish to enhance your stay with meetings with other tenants; children will be happy to have boyfriends on site
The apartment "LAVANDE" is located in the lower part of the villa on the left.
T2 / 3 of 52 m2 facing South — It can accommodate 4 people
It is a very cozy apartment, full of charm, with its stone walls, "semi buried", that is to say with opening to the outside through the veranda and the kitchen.
The private terrace of 30 m2 is opposite the apartment, in a garden of 300 m2 to share with holidaymakers from the second T2.

The apartment includes an air-conditioned veranda living room, very bright, an independent kitchen. The sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms, one in a windowless alcove with ventilation opening, one with window opening onto the veranda.
The windowless shower room-WC works with a continuous ventilation system
