You will find 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped private kitchen. The spacious 50 sqm living room fills with natural light through large bay windows and opens directly onto the modern kitchen. Amenities include Wi-Fi, private television, air conditioning in the living room with fireplace, and breakfast included. A baby bed is available for families traveling with infants.



Step outside to your private garden and spacious terrace offering unobstructed views of the pool and pine trees, perfect for relaxing, dining, or watching the sunset. You can enjoy the shared outdoor pool and access to a shared playground. A private grill is available for outdoor cooking.
