"Tylee at front desk and Jessica in breakfast area were topnotch and both were recent hires. Excellent customer service skills. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Parking staff accessible and safe. Breakfast was far beyond usual. Cheese omelets, sausage links, grits, bagels, cranberry scones, muffins, waffles surprisingly good. Very clean - ranked 100% by health department which I have never seen before. Would definitely stay at another Hampton Inn and hope it measured up to this one."

"The TV remote was difficult to figure out on my own. The breakfast buffet lacked healthy choices. No healthy dry cereals and no oatmeal. Limited fruit selection and no nuts. Hot water was lukewarm."

"This carriage house was above and beyond what we expected. Great kind owners and their dog Blue is friendly. He does like to chase squirrels which was entertaining. The location is in town with the waterfront and many shops and restaurants. But it wouldn’t have been as enjoyable had we not stayed at this carriage house. Thank you do much Keith and Gayle! And Blue too!"

"Room looked fine in terms of flooring, furniture , chair and bed linens. Unfortunately as I sat and relaxed I kept seeing little bugs creep out. Then saw bugs creeping out from under the bed frame. Then saw roach run across side of the mattress. Even though it was 12:40 AM. I packed up and left. I had layed a bath towel at the hallway door to keep out the light. When I removed it to leave found a bug under it from coming from the hallway. BEFORE getting in my car, turned everything out, shook & inspected before rebagging everything in plastic bags before putting in my car. YIKES!!!"

"Beyond our expectations for a single room cabin. Had everything you could possibly ask for in terms of supplies. Very peaceful property and the creek view, along with the gentle breeze was very relaxing. The host was very customer friendly! We would most certainly recommend this property to our all our friends"
