"Everything was fine... Staff was friendly enough... Room & beds were very comfy. My only suggestion is for Hotel Management: If you no longer offer breakfast, please remove the "Complimentary Breakfast" plaque in the lobby, so hungry guests will not bust down there in the morning and get disappointed."

"Well, the check-in process was good. However, as soon as I began walking down the hall to my room on the first floor I was hit with an incredible strong damp, musty smell. Sure enough it continued into the room. There was rust showing through paint on the door jams, so moisture is apparently a problem here. Then there was the incredible humidity in the room -- I'm guessing about 70% -- even though the air conditioner was operating. I tried to make the best of it and discovered that thunderstorms that moved through the area resulted in the hotel losing power for an extended period of time. For a hotel that advertises for business travelers one would think they'd invest in a generator (like many other business hotels I've stayed in). I understand that the weather isn't something the they can control, but the broken chain controlling the room-darkening shade is ... I had to stumble around in the dark for about 20 minutes trying to get myself dressed and organized. I was not able to shower at all. Perhaps if the hotel had invested in reliability features (power generator) and maintained the rooms better -- rather than spending on avant-garde furnishings -- my stay would have been more pleasant. Ultimately I wasted over $100 on a room that isn't much better than one that can be rented at an hourly rate."

"Excellent hotel. Room was clean, spacious, and well-lit. Everything worked. Bed was particularly good. Shower was a bit slippery and I was glad there were some sturdy grab bars. Parking can be a little tough. Not a criticism, just a FYI because it's a bit unusual: there are a lot of restaurants nearby but it's mostly fast food or local restaurants. Most mid-tier chain restaurants are on the other side of the metro area."

"They gave away our room and couldn’t accommodate our sleeping needs for our family of 5. The hotel was not in good shape, pool was in shambles, dirty walls and floors, smelled bad, and there was an odor of vomit in the elevator."
