Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash dishes with provided dish soap and sponge, rinse, and place in drying rack on the right side of the sink.
Ensure back sliding door is latched and locked from the inside of the home and all windows are closed shut and locked.
Ensure is Awning is all the way retracted and closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

- Please leave all shoes at the front door, upon entering the house. - Please be mindful of noise, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.
- Dishes can we washed with the provided dish soap and sponge. Please leave dishes out to dry in the rack on the right hand side of the sink.
- Tampering with either the security or the Wifi hub is strictly prohibited and subject to a fine.
