Enjoy this beautiful house by the sea. Direct ocean front with private second floor deck off the bedrooms and patio looking over the bright blue Atlantic on the ground level. Home just refreshed in 2025! Three bedrooms on the second floor, two full bathrooms, one on each floor, plus private outdoor shower. Stainless steel top of the line appliances, granite counter tops, two flat screen TV's, wireless access and more! Gorgeous stone fireplace and beautifully furnished property set for your enjoyment. I have recently lowered my minimum stay from 7 nights to 3.

The house is perfect. It has everything you need for your stay. It is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was priceless.

This place never disappoints!

Family retreat

The property, home and overall trip was superb. We had everything we needed and the hosts replied immediately to any inquires we had. My 2 daughters, a spouse and grandchild were very comfortable and the view was beautiful. I would not hesitate to stay there again. It was a perfect getaway. We chose the home because of a family celebration in Plymouth. We loved every minute of our thime there

Breathtaking Views & Charm

Ocean St. March ‘25

Excellent. We rented here for a week last May ‘24 and loved it. Four nights this time. Great view of the water directly out the back door. Cottage is well equipped and maintained. Quiet area but it’s off season. We expect to come back.

Wonderful Place

My family and I had a fantastic time during our stay. This was a wonderful home that was exactly as advertised. Clean and up to date, with beautiful views of the water and the seals and sea lions in the morning. Very convenient location that was within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Owner was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Cozy Cottage

Really liked this home! Nicely furnished and lots of supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. We were in Marshfield for a family Christmas gathering and rented this home for overflow sleeping. Loved watching the ocean while staying warm inside—it was cold and snowy during our stay. Nice location in seaside village with eateries within walking distance. Very attentive owner.

Ocean St. Brant Rock

Great spot almost right on the sea wall. East facing so unobstructed sunrises. Very homey place. Views of the water from just about every room. We’d rent this place again.

Another fabulous fall stay

We had another beautiful fall week at this house. The weather was sunny and warm. We ate at all our favorite restaurants and saw our summer friends. Already planning for next year’s stay. The house is well appointed and the area is quaint. All communication is seamless. Love this house!

This house is wonderful. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Each morning, we watched the sunrise over the ocean and counted seals in the bay. This will be a yearly destination.

Lovely Ocean Cottage

We were impressed the moment we walked in the front door. The cottage was well appointed, clean with great ocean views and plenty of space to relax. The bed was comfortable and kitchen, bathrooms/laundry area were well stocked. We were able to enjoy the seals sunning on the rocks at low tide. The upstairs deck and living area were our favorite areas of the cottage. Restaurants were within walking distance, and walks along the ocean seawall were breathtaking. Scott was very helpful with any questions we had regarding our stay. We are looking forward to our stay next year. Thank you Scott for sharing your ocean cottage.

Amazing Views

Scott had wonderful communication before, during and after our stay. The location was perfect for us to get away. A little more remote with not as many places to eat/shop/visit, but with a decent drive we had good day trips to Plymouth, Boston, and Salem. The house was great with amazing views, and equipped with everything we needed during our visit. So great! Thank you for a spectacular stay, Scott!

Paradise

The location of this home is superb, close enough to walk to town for shops and restaurants. The views from this home can’t be beat. The sunrises are beautiful. The seals are always frolicking out front. The balcony is a welcoming place to relax and enjoy the crashing surf. A little bit of heaven on earth.

Perfect Spring Break

This property is simply amazing. No complaints at all. Beautiful ocean front views, clean, well furnished and great location. Despite the rainy weather, the location was perfect for day trips to Plymouth, Provincetown, and Salem. We even saw seals sunning themselves on the rocks on our last day, which was of course sunny! Communication with Scott was excellent. Check in and out was a breeze. This was our first time to the area, and we would love to come back. I would not hesitate to stay at Scott’s place again!

Wonderful home in an amazing location!

Wonderful view, a gorgeous house with beautiful hardwood floors, tastefully decorated with a fireplace, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was peaceful and relaxing with the sound of the waves. There were multiple restaurants with fresh, delicious seafood, some within walking distance. We found this house a wonderful place to stay, whether stormy or sunny. Third time's a charm!

Our third stay in Scott's lovely home did not disappoint! We normally don't rent the same house twice as there are so many beautiful places out there but we can't help ourselves with this property! We feel like we're "home" when we pull into the driveway! We love walking in the surrounding neighborhood, dining in our favorite restaurants and just hanging at the house watching our boy Saul (I named a seal that I see everyday!). This home is so well maintained that we know there will be no surprises upon arrival! Scott, thank you for keeping the outdoor shower open! It was an added bonus to an already fantastic week! Already thinking about a return visit next year!

April 2024 Family Getaway

I can't say enough about the incredible views from this cottage! We saw many varieties of shore birds, and seals in the water and on the rocks out in front of the cottage daily. The living room was a wonderful place for us all to gather, with plenty of places to sit and relax while watching the ocean. The cottage was clean and everything we needed was provided. Scott was prompt answering any queries and helpful when we wanted to stay longer. We ended up not doing much cooking while we were there since there were so many nice restaurants nearby, some within an easy 5 minute walk. The wi-fi was fast and easy to set up on our devices. Parking on the property was ample, and right by the front steps. Check in and check out was a breeze. The location made it easy to explore Plymouth and other local areas on the south shore. We had a wonderful time here with our son and his wife and hope to return again in the future.

This was such a lovely home with a beautiful view! We loved that it was walkable to good restaurants and even more views. The neighbors were friendly as well! We loved watching the daily antics of the seals and birds. So much fun! The home was clean and had everything we needed. We also loved that it was quiet, but also close to places we wanted to visit….Plymouth and Boston. We also really enjoyed finding all 24 (one wasn’t done)art seals in Plymouth! We had such a wonderful trip experiencing Massachusetts and catching up with our friend!
