“Secondary Unit” walk-out duplex on locked separate bottom floor:: 10’ ceilings— 3 large bedrooms (2 with river views!) with: 2 queen beds, 1 King bed, 1 twin bed, 1 futon, and 1 child bed, this property offers a cozy retreat for guests.

Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, Roku Guest TV (bring your log-ins for your Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc…) and enjoy a washing machine/dryer during your stay. Relax in the bathtub or shower in one of the 2 bathrooms available.

ProsNice peopleComfortable bedsLet us drive on grass to unload ConsWater smells badTVS don't workCooking equipment could be better Air conditioning not in your control Boat dock had hundreds of bees on and around it. They are honey bees that live next door and are not supposed to hurt you. We we're not comfortable with that so we didn't fish off the dock. The host lives above you with her family. You can hear people above you just like a hotel. A lot of flys and bugs outside, it's the country near waterI wouldn't stay here again. But that's just my opinion, I'm adding a picture we didn't get until the day we were checking in.
