"Room was great - we enjoy a king size bed and it was very comfortable. Next time we stay, going to make sure to book a room with a balcony. The weather was perfect for the weekend and the view of the water would have been great. "

"The location was convenient & the price was ok. The pool/hot tub area was very clean & well kept. The front desk staff was friendly The room was ok - decor as a little outdated & a little more attention to detail when cleaning would be beneficial (dirt in the corners of the bathroom & dust on lamps etc). Extra blankets/pillows would be appreciated. I would probably stay here again if I came alone. "

"Excellent stay /zero issues. It was great that owner allowed dogs I am happy to pay pet deposit but still don’t see where it says it is listed what that fee is ahead of time? It all worked out fine and she was very flexible with our change in arrival time. Would definitely stay here again and plan to in the future as it was perfect for us!"

"The cottage is adorable & the lake views are so pretty. It’s definitely very small, but we knew that & we appreciated that the small space allowed for a great value. Our family of four had a great weekend enjoying Okaboji for the first time & the cabin provided a great home base for our adventures. It is well stocked with all of the basics and was very clean. Thanks for a wonderful weekend! "

"The Hygge House is an absolutely lovely property. The decor is top notch, and the furniture is beautiful AND comfortable! The home was immaculate & communication with the property manager was virtually instantaneous. It is hard to describe the beauty & peacefulness of Little Spirit lake. Don’t hesitate to rent this property. You will love it! "

"The place was very well stocked of linens, blankets, and towels for our big family. The location is a nice little area. Upon arrival there were many spiders and bugs not sure if spraying or something in between renters would help. (I saw someone else post a similar issue). And i know its a quick turn around sometimes between renters but it did not looks like it was swept very well under table bench inside. BUT overall it was a great stay plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and 7 kids! Had outdoor warer toys, kayak, and pattleboard available for use. Air conditioner kept up for us. Our family enjoyed our time here! "
