"We did not stay. It was clean, but it was not as advertised. It could not sleep 4. The owner offered an air mattress and there is a regular sofa in the room (not a sofa sleeper). "Great place to stay! The reviews I read before coming were spot-on. Property and hotel is clean and safe. Great location. Only minor issue was there was no bathroom tissue in our other traveler's bathroom. Breakfast was adequate, standard variety and the seating area was clean and very comfortable. Great place to stay if you're visiting UT Martin. Only 20 minutes away. Perfect spot if you're visiting the Discovery Center "
