"If you are looking for a private, peaceful place on the water this is a perfect spot. The inside was modern and up to date. Three bedrooms with comfy beds, nice bathroom and kitchen with all the necessities. Comfortable living room with a TV and nice fireplace. Beautiful porch and nice deck with lounge chairs overlooking the water. All on a private road a few miles from the nearest town. We talked with the owner a few times and he was very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend a stay here. We hope to return. We had a 5 day stay September 2026"
Beside The Tulip Tree - 3Bd Historic Home located in Waterfront District

"What a great spot, a historic apartment with all the amenities in the core of one of the most charming seaside towns that feels less touched by tourist hubbub. Great eateries, a gallery or two, a museum, historic fare. And walk to all of it and then home again from Shawn’s rental. A delight!!"
